As my engine was leaking from multiple locations so i took to mechanic, he replaced various packings, various seals, various washers etc.
Parts cost me approximately Rs. 1,500/= while Mechanic took Rs. 1,100/=

Proper condition of engine can only be checked through compression test, oil pressure test, etc..
By looking under the valve cover one can only judge if there is any sludge in the system.
In your case it looks good...

What r the charges of tuning from Enercon + Did they complete tappet adjustment?
What steps they have taken?
Did they perform EFI scanning too?
Go for Yokohama if u have less budget otherwise go for Michelin if u have budget

for reasonable budget, go for top quality chinese tyres of Luxxan. i used them in my cultus efi, liana, margalla, mehran..

nice purchase. post detailed pics. interior+engine pics. cultus is an excellent car.

What is the the method in FF Cng Cultus to start it directly on CNG?

@malic2 bhai ff cng kit could be an issue. i had issue in my efi cng kit of cultus and it was un-solvable by even suzuki 3s. car used to severely jerk suddenly and then all is 100% ok itself. solution was. disconmection of efi kit and local wiring. it was fine till last minute after that work till i sold it..total cost 2k

I am having issue of rpm fluctuation on both cng and petrol. When car is idling rpm goes up and down constantly and engine nearly dies. Also when driving, when you come to a stop the engine dies. I got tuning done but issue is still there. Car is 2007 VXRi.

i hope you already have taken care of throttle cleaning+iac valve cleaning (aka choke valve).

recheck your plug wires + coil. car should be too bad under load too i.e when ac is ON.

Any recent history of "gusal of throttle body"?

When "tuning" was being done he took out the throttle body and cleaned it with some black fluid according to my brother.

Thats not "tuning" but "ruining" that black fluid could be some petrol left after cleaning some greasy part iac valve from factory is lubed and such "cleaning" actually washes away that lube causing Iac valve to run dry drop some light weight oil on iac valve to free it up

Will try that. Sadly i don't know what exactly they did as i wasn't there, might pay the mechanic a visit to find out.

I will get it checked and report back findings of this issue. I went through Google search and came across your posts of that problem, and also of that power cable grip that needs cleaning just in case if there is start up issue in both fuels.

Wanted to learn for emergency use, just in case of problem with petrol starting. Came across few solutions, but that can only be done once CNG conversion problem is fixed.

Cultus EFI direct CNG starting method on factory fitted CNG.

Suitable for emergency use when there is starting problem on petrol.

1. Turn on the ignition switch.

2. You will see that petrol light is on, but cng light is blinking.

3. Now press the conversion button once more, and now only petrol light will be on.

4. Now press and hold the conversion button for five seconds until you hear tick sound.

5. Now it will start directly on cng.

Not an expert in such cases nd also cant judge the condition by looking at pics only,but visually its looking CLEAN MaShaaAllah with no sludge or dirty oil etc.

Recommended tyres in reasonable budget?

Current tyres: General 155/80 r13, looks fresh and new tread wise, but i am inclined towards replacement with some softer tyres.

What should I expect from above tyres? Rs. 1500-2000 per tyre or more?

well, the replacement tyres are not expensive, 155/80 R13 is a tire which is only fited on cultus or hardly two other cars , the shopkeeper having these wants to sell these as its ODD unlike 155/70 R13 etc which can be fitted to almost any car with 13' rim.
i bought tyres from the market neAR railway station (Lahore) . i bought them for 11k only, these are malaysian/indonesian (DONT remember exactly) will confirm after looking closely and i am very satisfied , its been more than a year and NO Punctures etc ALHAMDULILLAH

Also tell me where is this workshop so that i may also get the compression tests etc done

Ameen. Thanks bro. Do tell me about them. I am planning for 165/70 R13 tyres. 80 profile is only available in General AFAIK. Soft to medium hard tyre is what i want. Rawalpindi tyre market was full of smuggled and bent tyres.

It's Enercon, they were charging Rs. 400-500 for compression test. You can locate nearest Enercon from Google Maps in your city.

Your car does not have stock CNG switch. The stock switch won't let you start car on petrol. Instead while driving when you switch to cng, it will take more than 1 minute before it switch from petrol.

It is not a permanent direct CNG starting trick. It is one time emergency bypass, only for when you run out petrol, or some issue in petrol starting and then you can directly start it on CNG as alternative. CNG switch and kit components are all are original from factory as verified by CNG technician.
