It is not a permanent direct CNG starting trick. It is one time emergency bypass, only for when you run out petrol, or some issue in petrol starting and then you can directly start it on CNG as alternative. CNG switch and kit components are all are original from factory as verified by CNG technician.

while driving after how many seconds do your car switch to cng from petrol when you press the switch?

Cng technician checked and it was 90 seconds.

My other car with aftermarket LR kit has fixed rpm setting for conversion that converts at 2k rpm.

Assalam-o-Alikum. 3 days ago my Car AC cooling decreased and air flow in center left vent and extreme left vent started decreasing. I sent my car to Carachi Motors yesterday and they replaced the Cooling coil / Evaporater saying that the same can't be used and Serviced the whole unit. They charged me 17, 500/- for that. While driving today again the air flow on same vents has been decreased although AC cooling is fine. Any probable cause of the same

If air flow is good without AC and it reduces with AC, your evaporator coil could be freezing, due to bad expansion valve (probably) or low gas charge. Expansion valve regulates the flow of refrigeration.

Do you see frost on AC pipes near evaporator coil in engine bay?

Multi flow units cannot be flushed effectively and if they get clogged internally, replacement is done.

this is a common issue and can be fixed by just cleaning the blower pipes/motor. i had done it multiple times in my cars for full satisfaction. service guy chares 2500 only for complete ac service with new gas. going to pak suzuki dealer for issues means you will be fooled and all your money will be used to do expensive experiments.

Air flow remains the same whether AC is on ot not. Their is not frostinf on pioe but the same becomes wet. Dont know what Suzuki guys did as they dont alloe to enter in their working area but told k have done all the works includunh cleaning and vent pipe adjustments.

AC system is perfect then. It really was not evaporator issue. It just needed cleaning at most, and they replaced the whole item unnecessarily.

Left side vents usually have slight lower airflow compared to right ones, but your issue seems like left side vent pipes are leaking air under dashboard, assuming that blower fan is clean and motor is in good health.

Turn on AC and at max speed, and feel air leaks with your hand under dashboard area on green highlighted areas and inside dashboard box (purple). Red is the path of airflow to Front air vents.

Also, check that when airflow is set to face only, it should only throw airflow at face only and not through legs, windshield airflow vents.

That's the part which they have replaced. Will check the same.
Planning to send the car again to Carachi Motors tomorrow, they have charged 17.5K for the same

To me, looks 95% fine on the outside. It just needed cleaning. Fins are clogged with dirt, but not damaged. Too much bent fins cause airlow loss, but this one does not have that issue at all.

Take it back to Suzuki and ask them what's wrong with it.

It looks perfectly fine and good it just needed a good wash. The fins also look good they are not in bad shape that it needed replacement....
For air flow issue check what voltage you are getting at blower connector at full speed if it's lower than battery voltage then that's due to the common wiring fault that Suzuki's develop with time. If that's the case then get a relay installed with blower motor..
Besides that Sorry for your loss on this but same Denso part is available from market for 7-8k/-RS. These stealerships are really good at looting their customers.

Today when I started car as usual,Rpm goes to 2.5K without accelerator pedal. I ignored and continued driving, rpm stays little high during drive without CHECK ENGINE indication. Now whenever car stops on traffic signal or in traffic jam,rpm automatically goes high 2.5K + & CHECK ENGINE lights comes ON but as I start driving,again CHECK ENGINE light vanishes, then again CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes when car stops in traffic jam. This cycle is continuing,I am worry. Can anyone guide me by

IAC is stuck - this has happened to me always when i failed to reconnect IAC motor back after cleaning it...just unbolt two screws of IAC and but it back correctly

very bad car on petrol. excellent car on cng. in amyway you will be saving over 30-40% on fuel bills on cng. in karachi i used to fil it up in 500 or so and it comfprtably gave me 120 or so without ac in congested tracffic. for 120km on petrol you will need atleast 15L which crosses 1200 rupees...

Yes u r right. Throttle clean hua hay recently for changing some seals,washers etc.
After that mechanic tried to adjust rpm via some 10 or 15 degree angle

its a 2 min job. do it yourself. take -ve off battery first. abhi sunday ko he i did throttle work of my baleno myself (as usual) and rpm was at 3000 itself on first start after my work. so i had to play with iac to clear it.
