this black thing is the IAC. its attached to the Throttle body with 2 screws. there is a deep hole in it and a rotating motor is attached to the Throttle body that should rotate freely once totally cleaned. you have to ensure that rotating motor shold FIT IN PERFECTLY inside this HOLE in IAC. once you will open these 2 screws you will understand it further, your case is of stuck rotating motor. spray carb cleaner on it to make it total free (rotating). please make sure you take off -ve of battery before attempting this this whole work will take less than 5 mins (2 mins for a person like me who have done it before many times).

I have Cultus 2006 and feeling too much engine vibrations on steering and inside cabin on idling one mechanic has suggested me to replace all three engine mountings with the new original one is there any prechecks before I replace engine mountings

cultus with 3 cylinder engine have a default issue of vibrations. engine mounting change might change the case by 10% maybe. live with it.

check if engine is excessively vibrating while running. if that's the case change the mounts as they are worn out.

That's not the motor. that's the valve (پھرکی). It should be freely moving plus it's angle should be correct otherwise it will cause RPM issue. Usually when it is opened for service mechanics fail to adjust it properly. It is rotated by the magnets in that black choke in your picture.

its a IDle Air Control motor or valve. yes thats what i said too that adjustment is usually not made correctly resulting in rpm issues.

if you somehow fit it behind the seats how are you gonna pull out spare wheel when needed?

Visual inspection. You can visually inspect them if they are broken or not.

Primary mounts are 3. Front, back and gear.
Secondary are 3 others for additional support.

Additionally, you can attempt to launch the car forward in 1st gear with handbrake on and half clutch (for few seconds) and see if the engine from front side moves up more than 1 inch. Try the same with reverse gear and see if engine moves up from back side. Meanwhile observe gear side also on both attempt.

If it moves up by more than 1 inch, mount is broken and needs replacement.

When you are using tubeless tires, it is seldom required to use your stupny. I don't remember I have used my stupny since last 2 years. Just need to check air pressure of stupny after 3 - 4 months.
But Of course it will be detachable. The size will be according to the space between CNG cylinder and back seat, so that it can perfectly fit in the room with out any play when the seat is in its position. So i dont have to fix the woofer with screws. And the cable will be attached via audio jacks, plug and play you can say.

You don't know when some nail would get into the tire and flatten that. Tubeless tire does not mean it won't get punctured. It just lack the tube and air is directly filled in tire. So if ever a nail gets in, it will puncture that. You are lucky you did not face flat tire in 2 years. But spare wheel should be easily accessible and must be kept in car all the time.

Do not screw it so that it remains loose and jump on every speed breaker? Nice Jugaard there. By the way I own cultus and there is hardly any space to fit this "sorcery of sound" in there since CNG cylinder is taking almost all the space. There is some space near spare wheel behind the seats where I keep jack, pana and some other tools too in a bag.

Too much into music that you can't live without it, remove that CNG cylinder and fit your woofer or whatever crap you use to listen to loud music.

This is going problematic as There is no such black Plastic body attached to my throttle body.

Is it possible to relocate this IAC but local mechanics anywhere else? As i told before, my mechanic has also removed Black Vacuum box by excuse "Is sey kuch farq nahi parta"

Also i went for Tire Alignment but even after Wheel balancing & Alignment, car is still pulling towards 1 side so they told that it is due to Ball joint issue(For proof they showed that on hitting Left wheel by hand, there is some "Play", also i felt some noise too when i turn car towards Left

Can anyone guide if i go for Ball joint works then considering age of 9 years old car & on Karachi roads should i go for complete suspension work now? If yes which will be the best place & how much will be the approximated cost? At Johar Chowrangi, 4 Star Suspension works & 5 Star Suspension works are famous but i think they overcharge their customers too much
