Bought a 2008 VXRi. It is a very good car, nice ride chilled ac, but after a few months, every corner started screaming like a little girl, a small pothole and huge gudddd guddd, from the back pane tray, from the shocks back and front, the bushes seemed to be worn out, Bottom line I have decided to spend money on it but to be very precise the cabin noise.. advise on maintenance and the list I can go through with my mechanic.
P.s. Which parts? Kabli or China as Genuine from Suzuki are way too costly

You should learn to live with the noises. Check the suspensions and shock absorbers.
Regarding parts it all depends what kind of part you need. All those parts that are not directly involved in running your car, go for brand new parts from market.

Desi techniques also works sometimes Although not recommended, not proved by any theoretical manual but by "experience"of "ustaad jee"
Like i usually refrain service guys from spraying oil underneath the Body frankly speaking due to suggestions by pakwheelers from many times but service guys always insists that for suzuki made of of scrap Dalada dabbas, it is better to spray oil so that dry parts get lubricated and do no make unnecessary sounds.

Last time i allowed them their way and yes it works...most of the noises removed as oil sprayed underneath the body

i did not expect this from sensible person like you. they are stupids. if you do it few more times be ready for premature death of rubber boots, seals, bushings along with tons of mitti and debris accumulated beneath and under the engine

Yes that's why i am again back to my original thinking of not using oil spraying

BTW as @ch.talal suggested, i am also of opinion to use new "Chinese parts" instead of used Kabli to get rid of these corner rattling noise

Bro, I had bad experience with chinese axels and tie rod ends. I replaced them again with kabli. And they r running strong after 1 year use.

i found picture of my Cultus efi when i had its tappets done for the first time (pic of Dec 2016 - car model 2008 VXRi). two rockers were loose and bad and had to be changed. now, i have to change rockers of my baleno. i guess Baleno have same rockers and 8 are required in total (as i can count from this pic).

the best part of this pic of my car is that it no zero sludge - clean tappet area. i have literally seen 'debris' filled tappet areas of cars due to sludge.

KABLI stuff which our mechanics sell is all fake, repaired, discarded stuff. real KABLI parts worth each penny but you are not able to find them easily

Bro, there r 16 rockers in total. 8 for inlet valves and 8 for exhaust. Usually, rockers dont get bad if u use right viscosity and api engine oil.
Why dont u adjust ur valve lash to 0.15mm to inlet and 0.18mm to exhaust. And adjust them when cam lob's heel exactly on the rocker face. It is a fun job. Try to do.it urself.

rehan bro my one rocker is fully loose and moves in angular directions. so it make alottt of noise. so i plan to take my car to junkyard today and ask the guy to open up and decide how much rockers need changing.

btw the pic shows total 8 rockers?

Abid bhai, 16 valves hain tu rockers bhi 16 he hain.
And 16 rockers need to adjust. 8 rockers r under the cam shaft. U can adjust them by loosing the adjustment nuts. I circled those adjustment nuts in pic
I am sure that ur inlet valve lash is loose thats why ur engine is noisy

Cultus me ne efi me 2 rakki hy...aik 2007 efi .. jo me ne 2016 me rakki...aik 2014 cultus jo me ne 2017 me rakki...
Tank full karna aur full rakna apni fitrat...mileage petrol pe..aik nahy koe 25 dafa motorway par ye nikalta ta
AC may 19 km / ltr
Non AC 21 Km / ltr
Aur ye me check k se karta ta..
Details are,
Thokar se full keya..slow mode me.
(Slow mode may tank air nahy pakarty)
meter zero kardeya.
Sial ya bhera pe dobara full keya.. slow mode me.
Kilometers ko jitne litre petrol dala..os pe devide karta...aur phir waha se chakri tak again aisa karta..so yahy average...speed was 120 in all AC and Non AC
