These partial Engine rebuild is always headache. Seems u haven't changed pistons & other parts.
There was no need of STOP OIL after such repair.
Engine is not properly repaired. Chamber and other issues r there.
Quick start or Late start is not directly linked with Good Engine.

@abid110 bhai is right. Servicing brake shoe alone is not useful. Your case implies that there is poor Air Lock issue in Brake Cylinder which sometimes created required pressure and sometimes not creates required pressure. Usually in such cases, some people try old technique to press & release & press again firmly the Brake pedal to create strong required pressure on strong brakes(Although it is not recommended as this habit damages the Washers and cause them Leak)
Long time ago, this also happened in my car, at that time brake cylinder(master cylinder) was culprit. There are 2 cylinders; one is master cylinder while 2nd one is located near under engine. I changed them with brand "ULTIMA". Although not best brand but "Kaam chal he gaya". I have changed it 3 times in last 5 years.
Finally, quality of Brake oil is also important. At every time failure of Brake cylinder, people told me that because of usage of cheap quality/fake brake oils, u r suffering it. Everywhere brand "Wagner" or similar names are present but u have to ensure "Genuine-ness". So last time i bought TOYOTA brake oil from Toyota Eastern(Although it was quite high as 1 pack costed me Rs. 880 or something like this while similar quantity is available in Rs. 140-200)..............................& Yes i think this technique has worked. After using this product, wear and tear of Brake components have significantly reduced.
SEIKEN is also good brand if u find it "Original"

Bhai, from where u did your Brake works? Seems quite nice and neat job & how much it costed you?
One more thing i think as you have opened your drum and discs with related assembly so u hav e to do Wheel Alignment again...BTW 1 minor thing..What about HAnd Brake? Have u tightened it or hand brake was serviced or checked?
