I can see sludge in ur cylinder head bro. You might used a fake oil previously. Anyway, I will suggest to change the oil pump too and call an expert machinest to check the piston rings and cylinder walls gap properly with gauge (no tukka by USTAAZ). Change the piston rings if he recommends.

he showed me pressure of oil pump manually, infact practically. It was powerful stream, i couldnt record but taken pic later. So is it still good to change pump? He also said dont mess with engine, u will end up paying more. And please pardon me for my ignorance, but can you explain abt calib of piston? should i go 3S?

Bytheway, all those oil galleries should be cleaned properly in engine block and cylinder head, otherwise u will face same problem again.

Bro, I am not advocating mechanic and I cordially appreciate your help and concern, but point is I am struck in a tricky situation. I cant afford company rates which were 5 times of this. Mechanic said pump is fine and dont mess with pistons, they are okay and once they are opened you have no control on things.

Definitely, professional expertise has no match. These uneducated mechanics cant beat professional engrs. They just go with their own hypothesis which are most of times against company specs. Like an electrician has always problem with auto fan, a radiator wala will never use coolant, mechanic has his own jugars... but they are there to stay

Dr sb, i have heard they sell complete head assembly of g10b at plaza brand new. If head is an issue, you can think that too. @saboor73

Bhai, koe bhi acha kharadia cylinder ka bore, taper aor out of round check sakta hai with gauges jo un ke pas hoti hain. Aap ke engine ka head khula hua hai is liye aap abhi ye sub check kerwa lo. Kharadia maximum check ker ke batane Rs 500 lay le ga bas.
Is main koe rocket science nahi.
Aap ko ye sub batane ka maqsad hai ke aap sirf cylinder head repair kerwa ke fit kerwa lain ge aor baad main pata chale ke oil blockage ke wajah se aap ka cylinder block aor piston bhi farigh ho chuke hain. Then u will have to start whole process again.
I hope u understand what i am trying to tell u.

As far as i remember G10b complete engine i was getting for 75k....from where i have bought assembly for 42k of my carby cultus.
But still it will be a gamble so better to go for overhauling.

Bhai, Carby cultus engine assembly is cheaper than efi cultus. Efi cultus ka G10B fit condition main aak tu milta nahi ager mile tu pasa buhat mangte hain.
So, best choice to rebuild it according to factory service manual with Japanese parts.
