Experts opinion needed
I have cultus carby. I am facing an issue after changing the gasket which blown up due to waterbody leak.
Now after fitting new gasket and kabli waterbody, on high speed above 100km/h sometimes my car starts losing its speed. In this situation when I give more accelerator the car starts taking jerks but speed does not increase. Countinustly car loses speed and starts jerking even if I bring it from 5th gear to 4th gear. In this situation when I stop the car some times the engine turns off but starts on first self. It starts like normal and the car starts running again normally.
Once again when it was loosing speed and started jerking at above 100km/h I pushed the clutch and released the accelerator and press again 2 to 3 times but engine rpm was not increasing. after doing this when I released the clutch it came back on normal state and started gaining speed.
It happned to me 4 times on 200km route on motorway.
Mechanics checked:
gaskit is fine
Fuel pump wiring is also fine.

Actually gasket blown at night on motorway. At that time only one mechanic was available at nearest exit. He just installed what he had in hand. there was no other option.

at night time , open bonnet and start the engine, observe ignition coil for blue arcing. probably coil is going bad.

Concern:

1. I have experience of typical General tyres deforming....Car "bubble"s (that irregular/diagonal up and down feeling) specifically between 25 and 40pkh only..... Can this cause brake discs to deform??, which may need machining later .... i dont know which tyre it is though.

2. Changed the coolant on 9th march 2019 at 121k km...now at 130k the reservoir level is just a mm above the low line .... should i be concerned or it is normal for running 9k in 9 months with the khi heat in between and AC running??... just top it off?

my cultus 2011's break pedal sometimes went down a bit due to low pressure. what can be problem? the break fluid level is fine.

The seals in the master cylinder are leaking! hence the squishy brake pedal!

Have you checked coolant level? Seems to me like a case of engine overheating. Instrument panel won't show correct temp if coolant level is low

Rpms are fine for 5th gear

Yes coolant level is normal as it should be and radiator fan is automatic.

Exactly same thing happened with me yesterday on motorway. After 60-70km car won't take acceleration and sounded like carb fuel level is over and/or its on choke.
After rest of 5-10 minutes it woks fine again. This happened 2-3 time and after that I removed rubber from air filter so it ca get more air and it didn't created this issue after that till I reached lahore (100km).

I recall that mechanic increased the mixture last week due to which it emits black smoke at startup. So I will probably decrease the mixture and get it tuned on petrol as CNG is not available these days.

Mechanic asked to open up carb and do full tuning but I do not trust when it comes to carb opening.

This happened 2-3 time and after that I removed rubber from air filter so it ca get more air and it didn't created this issue after that till I reached lahore (100km).

Yes, same happened with me 2 to 3 times on motorway. In few days I will take it to my mechanic for full tuning including carb.
By the way which rubber you are talking about. Are you talking about the rubber which is used to half close the air intake? I am running my car on petrol only. I have uninstalled the CNG.

Suzuki cars have a different OBD II protocol hence the universal ones don't work. I learned it the hard way too.
