Are you talking about the rubber which is used to half close the air intake? I am running my car on petrol only. I have uninstalled the CNG.

Last day i start my vehicle Cultus 2014 modal, some friction sounds starts. i check engine oil and i was shocked to see there was no oil on checking stick. i check leakage thoroughly but no leakage found.
then i top up engine oil and check the 2nd day oil was not short

i was using ZIC 10/40 7X from one year
guy's please guide why it happend ? and what to do now

I went to shell Askari to get 4L 10w40 oil...they said its out of stock for smetime and not coming

I m thinkin to buy 3L pack and use the 0.5 left over from last oil change....the prev oil box has a date of june 2019...the remaining 0.5 is still in it with me.

Is that still good to use?

I have 2002 Cultus, its engine sound is bad and get worse when warmed up. machanic Says its head problem and needs to be changed, he says the tappet are automatic or something in cultus so thats why head needs to be replaced.

The sound is more like "tik tik" and loud.

The car pick is good though it runs smooth and no problem.

Also I would like to change the front shocks, they are stiff and hard and make alot of sound when on bumpy road.
could you please tell me what are they best shocks and how much would they cost me. I want good shocks as I travel alot out of the city.

i convert steering into EPS from last one year and its good working. in market rate was 7000 to 12000 but i proffered to change from suzuki center (Burj motors in FSD) in Rs 14000

Shell 10w40 is not available in Johar Town shell pumps also.

I have cultus 2015 model and opting SGO now onwards. Till now average is 14.25 Masha'Allah. Hope for best.

your car needs thin 5w30 oil, also it has hydraulic tappets, it needs new shims to adjust the tappets, and they probably need adjustment now, because the engine has done a high mileage.

The head doesn't need replacement, a good mechanic needs to re-shim the tappets

yes it will be fine. Higher flow rate of the oil to the head, better cleaning ability and better lubrication (because of modern api rating and moderate viscosity).

I was previously looking for api sg or sl oils and those were not available in 10w30, so any benefit of those would in my opinion be nullified due to the higher viscosity,If you use a 20w50 api sg oil.

You can add half a tin of STP oil additive to the 10w30, to increase the ZDDP level too, that will give extra protection to the tappets

cultus 2015 euro 2 model ha 130k odo. Random car ke RPM/Accerelatio khud increase karna shuru kar dete ha and clutch press pe 6-7k tak chal jate ha. Race pedal b stuck nae ha . throttle body/plugs b clean karwai ha . What might issue and solution

can be a vacuum leak, sticky iacv or bad sensor. needs testing by a good mechanic
