I heard that agriauto shock absorbers are a bit hard. So last week when I was looking for front shock absorbers for my Khyber, I bought KYB instead. They are made in Malaysia and a bit expensive. But they are quite good. Ride is comfortable.

You can adjust via a small screw on the fast idle lever. On carb right side when facing car there is a small screw located on the inside. You'll see one big screw like the rest of adjustment screws on carb, this one is for AC idle up, then there's another small one located further inside.
It's a little difficult to access and you need a small screwdriver and need to remove air cleaner box.

Mean its metal pipe is rusted and needs replacement.

Great, that's what I was looking for... Yes I adjusted the AC rpm via that big screw with spring. will pay more attention to find that small screw and try adjusting it so that on auto choke RPM should stay up to 1500 max because as I know job of choke is to run the engine bit rich and don't let it die at cold start so 1500 should be enough.
Mechanics call the small screw driver as "Daddu pechkas" .. I have it with me.

Totally agree with you. Agriauto shock absorbers are shit. Changed new ones in less than 2 years use. Now installed so called Kabli. Ride is much better.

Any tech reason behind 2500 rpm?

more rpm = more heat in less time = quicker warm up.

it drops to 1500 ish if you tap the paddle. (which is perfect when you immediately start driving, it keeps the drive from being juddery)

and then finally comes to idle.

the 2500rpm phase is supposed to be short

It doesn't com down to 1500 by pressing pedal. However I found that when cold starting if I don't depress pedal then rpm stays between 1500 - 2000 hence less noise. Perhaps its because fast idle cam remains in 2nd or 3rd position.

You have to depress the accelerator pedal before starting to position autochoke to 1st step. That's how it's designed. After starting depressing pedal again sets it to 2nd position.

sahi abid bhai, i went there, they said koi fark nahi parta, yeh bas aisay hi hai bla bla, they called their so called technical head, mechanic, parts wala etc all said no issue, part code is same which matters. nothing to worry about and bla bla.. in short part didnt change

yes its like this you are telling, on bumby road there is a sound of tuk tuk felt in steering wheel.

ok i had converted this steering into EPS in 2013. now if i go for steering assembly it will again become non EPS or it would be mix n match with this EPS

margallar bhai, i have drove even brand new Cultus (my office bought some bunch of Cultuses few years back for the sales staff , i drove them at that time) and its steering was harder than my EPS setup.
ok in short, what should i do in this situation, to resolve this issue. (tuk tuk problem on bumpy roads)

if i change the steering assembly, would it be non-eps or will it be mix n match with this EPS system i currently have.

@dani_kk see ye kya ho raha hai. Cultus owner ko dealership ne 1.1 ka radiator cap pakra dia wo bhi 1000 ka aur jab we identified its wrong they said koi farq nahi 0.9 and 1.1 me...and said sab same

later i came to know that 0.9 was not available in stock, (main ne ek or dummy customer bheja un ke pas or us ko kaha naam lay ker 0.9 radiator cap mangna for Mehran, us ko bhi yehi film di ke its same , u can use it). so actually it was not available in stock so they were trying to sell what they have.

baki abid bhai mein ne ab yeh Pizza kha to lia hai ab batao mein is cap ka kia keron, means should i use it , what would be the outcome of using it. any benefits or risks of using this instead of 0.9 in Cultus EFI 2010.

Exactly, there are 4 positions which are achieved as engine heats up and you press pedal. Tstat makes this process fast but in my case it takes 1-2 minutes.
However if I do not press pedal before starting then I think idle cam is on 2nd or 3rd position and rpm remains near 1500
At cold start I noticed there is little black smoke and engine runs rich for first 30-50 seconds. Do I need to lean the mixture further or its normal?

Mixture settings should be done when car is warmed up and all other parameters are in spec.
