Yes. You can do it youself. Its a bolt on swap. I myself changed that pulley last year and AC performance has increased noticeably. You will just need a bigger compressor belt.
If you have Baleno kabli condenser installed then use a puller fan. There is enough room behind the condenser. I have installed a puller fan with Baleno condenser. You can try Coure radiator fan with shroud for that purpose. Puller fan will give you amazing result with AC.
i have an idea about the pulling power of those fans, but not so comfortable with anything that close to the exhaust manifold
You will need a fan with very slim motor and shroud. I have almost an inch distance between fan motor and exhaust manifold.
i will think on it, maybe a custom manifold that makes more space too....
there is alot to be done on my car, for now i will leave it be.....

G16b camshaft has little bit more lift and duration.Btw, i am sick of tappet noise due to mix up rockers by stupid mechanic. So, brand new G16b camshaft and rockers will quite the engine.
I would buy a used one if i were you (if it is cheaper)
get new parts later, unless price differential is tiny.
