I think g10b gear box can be used with g13bb, but g10b is short ratio gear box.

Guys what grease do I use for servicing steering rack? Manual says to use lithium grease but there's no specs mentioned. Is there any specific brand name available in market that's suitable for this job? I have wd40 white lithium spray grease, don't know if it's suitable for this job.

Of course k10b has more horsepower. Secondly, cultus body is heavy than wagonr or celerio.

Not just horse power torque too. Secondly DOHC engine produce more power at higher speed than SOHC. Any Idea when you going to work on Camshaft work. Eid Mubarak to All.

That project will take some time bro coz it is not just camshaft swap, i will increase the stroke of this g10b as well. I am planning to installing g13bb crankshaft, connecting rods and may be pistons too in g10b block. If everything goes well then this stroker g10b displacement will be around 1200cc.
Anyway, i am doing my research so far.

Guys can we travel on carby cultus for a long route.? Talking about 1000km in one go. Last time I did 350km and car started to lose power and turn off every 20km in the last 100 km very annoying I was not able to diagnose issue no such issue in local. Any experience with longer travel

Probably your car was heating up, when was last time you changed the radiator cap and how's cooling system health, or could be timing vacuum advance issue.
There shouldn't be any problem ideally. Last year I did 800km trip non-stop probably in August with full time AC.

New radiator dual barrel, caltex coolant. Not a drop of coolant leak so thts not the issue and I traveled in winters. I think it was fuel pump.

You should also check out the ignition system. The ignition coil , wires , distributor cup and rotor all should be renewed in one go between 100-150k...

The wires I have old but genuine. New very cheap quality available which they sell as Japanese for 1200Rs. Ignition coil new available? Japanese

My cultus has clocked 106k should I get distributor cap changed or leave as it is and what about plug wires because 3 boots of plug leads are cracked but I don't think they are grounding with cylinder head.

New era brand coil is available , as well as genuine both work fine

You can still get genuine wires too, or you can order NGK ones from amazon.

DIstributor cup and rotor are in YEC brand which is japanese and excellent quality

Fuel Pressure can be checked too... I was going to make my own gauge but the lockdown ruined my plans

WD-40 white lithium grease can't be used in steering rack. If you are from karachi then you can get it from plaza market if
not then it's difficult say anything. No specific brand LG from any brand can be used.

Bro i recently went to northern areas till china border and covered almost 1700 1800 kms in 5 days... With 3 persons and car was full of luggage.. While back to home we traveled 12 hours non stop with only 1 tea break... And had no issues at all...
Get compression test of your engine...

Get used kabuli cables from sultan kho i bought for 800 rs 4 years ago and used almost 100k and still they are good as new... 1000rs orange wale used to last 1 ywar
