Cultus euro 2 (2013) uses 15amp fuse for A/C, this fuse got burn and melted which damaged its portion. I replaced it with a 15A fuse 2 to 3 times but it shorts again and again. I then replaced it with a 20 amp fuse. Its working fine till now.
So is it dangerous to install 20 amp fuse instead of 15 amp and what could be the problem.

This foil type wrapping is torn out Is this important should I wrap it with normal foam that used on conventional ACs at home.

It's really hard to find good mechanic to get the tappet adjusted.
Timing is OK gives good power at low rom but loses at higher rpm from 5000 onward.
Compression is also good.
Didn't get that point I'm using EFI car that is cutlus.
How to check for brake drag.

Did you check fuel pressure regulator. I changed mine before Eid and engine's performance increased.

How goood is Aisin coolant? for cultus?

Buy a good quality feeler gauge and adjust tappets yourself. Adjust tappets when cam lob is on its heel on valve. Did you receive that scanner by courrier?

No haven't got that seller is saying wr have dispatched it from china it's tou xountry which is delaying.

It is located on injectors fuel rail's return line. I purchased G16b whole rail with injectors and fuel pressure regulator in Rs 2000.

You should adjust them at dead cold engine. inlet valve lash at 0.15mm and exhaust at 0.25mm

Ok got that. One thing are you using G16B fuel injectors and rail on g10b ?

I am using g10b original injectors and rail. Just changed the fuel pressure regulator. That item is same in those 3 engines. Btw, those g16b injectors are purchased for future project.

Yes. I have adjusted my inlet valve lash at 0.15mm and exhaust at 0.18mm and engine reaches redline rpm easily while driving.
