I swapped complete unit. Btw, g10b, g13bb and g16b has same fuel pressure regulator.
How do you know it got same fuel pressure regulator ? Don't you think g16 should have higher pressure one.
I have factory service manuals of all these three engines and according to those manuals they all work on same fuel pressure.Even, g10b and g13bb have same fuel injectors.

Why there are bad reviews about kabuli fuel pump for cultus ?
Finally found a acceptable chinese pump aeromax they give on year warranty. It was time for DIY. But I was alone so kinda tough try it only if someone can help u. Lets see how it goes. I wish Suzuki could have given fuel pump access under rear seat instead of removing whole tank. Also found some water in tank. Also see condition of my 2001.
Petrol smell inside car after change of fuel pump anyone have idea what could be the issue ?
May be some petrol fell on carpet, better to get car fully serviced then observe
No bro there is no chance because cultus tank opens from outside has nothing to do with inside of car.
Check tank's air release hose. It might be disconnected. It is located underneath the main petrol pipe.
For fuel pump access in cultus, I was thinking if there is possibility to cut the under seat area as much so that fuel pump can be visible and can be taken out from there in future instead of lowering whole fuel tank?
Will check that either clip is loose or not properly snugged.

Exactly.. I thought about this when I got my pump changed. I replaced pump with a Chinese brand for Rs. 900 only and was suspicious it won't last long but Alhamdulillah its going fine for last 6-7 months.If it fails again then I will definitely go for the under-seat cut.I also have purchased an inline pump which I keep in my car so I can readily use it in case in-tank pump dies during journey

You can install Baleno g13bb throttle body which is 45mm in diameter. But you have to open up inlet manifold hole to 45mm too, which is 40mm in diameter(coz cultuz TB is 40mm in diameter).
Means requires intake porting. What about TPS is it same as Cultus or totally different from it.
Yes. You have to port the inlet manifold. G13bb TPS is 3 wires but has different throttle blade end slot. You cant use g10b tps on that TB.
