Bro, I have no idea about exhaust availabiliy. You have to clean IAC valve again.

Bro cleaned IAC valve provlem is still there.

Try to adjust rpm by rotating IAC valve sensor anti clockwise when engine is at optimum temp.

As we know, if we are pressing pedal more and car engine is making more Rpms/sounds and Not accelerating, then its a clutch issue..... But what if on pressing more pedal neither engine sounds/rpms increase nor it accelerates, then whats the issue? The pick up decreases significantly low when AC is On.. taking ages to accelerate.

Is it plug wires issue? Generator issue? Fuel pump/filter? Spark plugs? TPS/IACV issue?

On idle press pedal and check rpm. If not incerease very high then insufficient fuel pressure can be reason. Check petrol filter for visible choking..
Iac valve is working to compensate ac load by not switch off car.
If you doubt on generator. Then check voltage on batery after starting car. The voltage should be above 13.4 volt preferably 14.6 volt.

Did you check ignition timing? Also check TPS resistance by following procedure.

Increase rpm very high like 5k? If doesn't inc then sufficient fuel pressure means fuel pump replacement?..... Can the fuel pressure stuff be checked on the diagnostics apps?

Where is fuel filter located?

Fuel filter is placed on the left rear tyre side beneath body in carby old car.... it may be in same position in efi car.

Ignition timing is set by rotating distributor clock or anticlock wise. You better set it by a light gun. And it doesnt chamge itself. Mechanics usually fiddle with it when work on distributor related issues.

Your ecu fuel trims can explain if engine is starving for fuel or not. If you have a scanner then share your ecu short and long term fuel trims.

Last any mechanic touched the distributor was 3yrs back when changing the bearing and its seals. He had put\fixed it back to same place jahan uska time over nishaan bn chuka tha.... Any idea who in Khi can do this with light gun?

For scanner i will check in my friends for it or buy one myself that Elm thing already shared on this thread.
