AOA, i need some guidelines regarding my cultus 2010, 154k driven. I am using distilled water (From AC) in radiator. No issues and heating problems being faced. However i want to ask is it okay to keep driving like that or i should switch to coolant. If yes, then recommend any best solution for the said work in karachi, please.

Using only Distilled water is not recommended, it could only be beneficial if you mix it with Concentrated radiator in 50:50 ratio or 75: 25

However, it is better to use Pre-diluted coolants like Toyota, Fuchs or Caltex.

you can do these things in Karachi:

1. Buy Toyota coolant from Toyota 3S dealer ship like Toyota Eastern Motors or Toyota Central Motors

2. Go to Buffer Zone at Khalid Radiator service or any place convenient to you for Radiator service (There must be much amount of rust there due to prolonged usage of plain water

3. After radiator flush, pour Toyota Coolant in it

Salam all members, I'm planning to buy my first car and have alto and cultus in consideration and have a budget of 600k but I'm more interested in cultus which is why posting in this forum please guide me which model comes in my range in good condition preferably islamabad registered

My colleague's student bought a cultus efi recently... And he is facing an issue that, when the AC is switched ON, the car shuts off.... Pls guide what needs to be done and if possible advise a reliable workshop in Khi where he can get this rectified... He has spent around 10 20k because of fake\cheat so called mechanics and problem was not resolved..... Would really appreciate if this is solved easily without any further irrelevant expense....

Bro on this condition of exposed to engine heat it still giving me alot of performance upgrade like AC load has reduced to 50 to 60 percent before this filter it was quite noticeable that engine is taking quite load also low end response has noticeably improved. Actually I'm happy with but looking for heat sheild thing as plexiglass is quite expensive so I'm looking for aome cheap solution as it will improve the performance more when there will be no direct heat contact to filter.

Bro If I want to get the 4-1 headers made on stock profile will that make a difference in performance at top end ? Also last time went to market couldn't find feeler gauge final ordered it from Daraz it will soo be arriving to me. So I want to how much gap should I set for intake so that more air enters same for exhaust wanna more gases to go out quickly.

Yes,4-1 headers are good to increase top end power but I will suggest you full free flow exhaust.
And set you inlet valves to 0.15mm and exhaust valves at 0.23mm

Thanks bro for your response can you tell me other than loud free flow exhaust what options are available because I don't like loud exhausts. One thing more ia today I cleaned the points inside distributor cap now when I start my car rpm stays between 1 tp 1.5k rpm why is this thing also happened in past I was thing it could be else but now same thing has happened. What possible could be issue.

Did you clean idle air control valve? High idle rpm due to dirty valve may be.
