There seems nothing fishy from this screen shot. Double tap your smart phone screen when scan it next time,scanner will show more parameters like TPS voltage and IAC valve duty cycle percentage, Those readings are important to disganose the rpm issue.
Thanks bro. Let me tell you strange thing that happened today is when I hit pothole car has started to perform better like it was struggling now it's going amazingly and pick has improved alot. Can you tellme what could be the reason.

Something must be loose or broken inside. You can do a visual inspection
It must be bad wiring connection. Check all sensor grips.
I hqve check it visually there was nothing loose. But I have read on google that there is some connection whose positive has exposed to negative now has taken some distane upon hitting pothole.
for your high idle problem, when the car is idling (fully warmed up) , very quicky press the throttle till the floor and then let it go, do this a few times and see if the idle returns to normal.
If it does, it may be a bad tps sensor

Try some insulation on floor roof and doors with jumbolon sheets.I have also changed my condensor fan with 2000 model corolla and cooling have improved alot at idle)
So I take my car to drive and this DTC came up. Also I have notice that the IAC valve position stays at 38 to 40% when I press cltuch and release throttle. The reading shown in this pic are of complete Idle position values.@margallar @RehanBhatti
Your IAC valve position % is correct. What is your TPS voltage at idle on scanner?
0.76 on Idle.
Btw the reading of IAC you are seeing in scanner pic is at idling when car is in running position it stays 38 to 40% I think that is the reason RPM stays high.
Bro, IAC valve duty cycle should be 0 to 50% at warmed up idle.
