One thing more to ask is why scanner showing 92% TPS position at WOT why not 100% ?

tps should be 0 % at idle and 100% at WOT. otherwise, it is either in need of adjustment or replacement.

Regarding iac position, i can not really comment, ask Xulfiqar for that.

I think idle issue is usually a bad tps or dirty/bad iac.

In your case, i suggest to atleast spray some carb cleaner + wd40 into iac or dismantle and clean it. then recheck.

My experience meanwhile, do not remove throttle for no reason, do not open those special head screws, they are not supposed to be open. if your throttle is good, maintain it with carb cleaner and wd40 once a month (in fitted position)

Adjust your IAC valve sensor. There are to mounting screws on sensor, loose them and rotate it a little bit anti clockwise. Then check rpm with AC.

Quick question, EFI 2010,Fan Auto with Tvalve installed.
Gari ka Ac jab on hota hy to radiator fan ac ky trip hony ky sath on off hota hy .
With out AC radiator fan works completely fine on its sensor.
So is it normal ?

I have already cleanee IAC valve. Is adjusting TPS a DIY thing ? @Xulfiqar sir can yoi help me in this regard.

Someone tried to be over smart this is not normal radiator works with engine temperature has no link with Car AC because condenser has it's own fan. Get it re wired to it's factory setting.

Anyone have idea why mechanics remove the thermostate valve and Radiator fan hotwired.
Running it from 8 months never overheated , sometimes it never get upto half needle. I top up radiator once in a month.

Because they think the cooler the engine the better it is... Coz "engine garam nahi krna" ..... even if they know then they don't bother doing it correct the first time, because they want u to go to them repeatedly.

You must change ur setting back to auto fan and install the thermostat.

Why? Because engines are meant to run at specific operating temperatures that are best for its long life. Engines running cold will get closer to its death more quick than a normal hot running engine. By hot i don't mean overheating, but within a temperature range about 88-96C (someone correct me if wrong).... This temperature range is maintained by the thermostat and auto fan.

I ruined my mehran engine because of these mechanics because i myself didn't know about this stuff.... Never gonna happen again

I havnt seen anyone using torque app with cultus because (ACCORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE) our car only uses single pin (Pin 7 K-Line) to get the data from ecu . Torque app works when it communicate with the ECU. The values we see on the SZviewer are the digital signals that are decoded from that adaptor and as it is shown .

hello,yes bro i totally agree with you ,I went that electrician today who fixed my AC and I asked him to disconnect Radiator fan with AC.He said ky bhi isy cooling achi hoti hy or engine save rehta hy lol
