Guys I'm having slight sputter like it's missing, just for few seconds after cold start, what could be the issue.
I have checked
Plugs
Ignition system
Timing
Fuel
Auto choke
Cleaned carb 2-3 times

Nothing seems to be making a difference, what could be the issue. It happens under load after starting for few seconds only like accelerating from stop or pushing it with ac on. After few seconds it becomes normal.

It is a jerking machine! I faced the some issues no matter what I got it done like you did. After all this, I finally converted it to CDI and changed the battery. Now, not only is it a half self-start in the morning, but it has also become smooth perhaps due to an increase in the current. I am not all an expert, but it worked for me. You may give it a try.

My Aeromax pump was low on pressure I felt. So time for Japanese HKT pump. Got it for 5500 from Waseem autos rwp. DIY. Pump has good pressure. Bit noisy though.

To be honest Don't go for proprietary(the one is limited to shop guy) piggyback/ECU instead invest in open source ECU/piggyback. Best is link compqny ecu it's expensive but worth the money. I'm using one from T tuner and guy is horrible at tuning couldn't be able to work efficiently. If he works on low end power then messes up with highy if you will get better response at higher then low end will suffer. Actually he have not experience on distributor spark system he just experimenting on each visit and doesn't satisfied for long term like I have been using it for an year I hqve made him 8 to 12 visit still I'm not satisfied with what he does. Each time new issues comes up I would say he is not good for distributor ignition system. I would suggest you to away from any such services which wastenyountime and money and I'm literally pissed of wasting money. Also one bad thing about his ECU is it's limit to 3volts of map mean even after spending 60000 on your car performance will still be compromised because of limited MAP sensor voltage. Gains are better than stock but not satisfactory still you can't beat new cultus after performance upgrade. Once I asked why is this happening that new cultus is 69hp and 90Nm torque and I'm still unble to beat it his reply comes thqtnyou car is not fit etc then ask how much MAP voltage you'rer settinghe said 3 Volts then I got shocked I said why you are limiting then to my surprise he said ecu only work till 3 Volts you need to spend more money to get upgraded version which he was asking 30 in exchange of old. So I would never recommend to opt for it. In the in I would installing that means you have to compromise your peace if you would like to. Or one to remember seller always tries to convince buyer for his product and blames someone who told real pain which they go through.
