Thanks. Actually when it starts for the first time rpm goes up to 2 and in few minutes get back to 1.5 or 1.6.
But seems like stuck on 1.5 or 1.6 rpm. Either its neutral or in gear rpm remain at same point.
Car is running on petrol throughout and in my knowledge idle rpm should be 0.9 - 1K on petrol. But when i try to release clutch and put gas slowly as we do to move it forward rpm get back to 1 and soon its start moving and if i release acceleration its get back to 1.5 or 1.6 rpm and car kept moving as i am putting rev of 1.5 but i am not.

Its is fine, it is the working of auto choke aka fast startup ( if your car is carburetor version)

Yes idle rpm should be .9 to 1k...
Just adjust the idle rpm and it will be fine...

When i start Ac a sound comes from engine bay i think its belt but not know exactly chek chek and its increase once rev

Answer depends on what type of sound you are hearing, scratching, air leak or whatever plz explain...

P.s make sure it is running with thermostat valve and auto fan, coolent in radiator, correct oil grade...

How do i adjust the rpm for it i have done tuning and throttle body clean up but its still the same, mechanic told me there is some issue with butterfly. I have tried to a way mention in a YouTube video to fix rpm but that does not work as well.

For AC sound is kind of scratching, it increase as i revv and little bit on idle.

Fan in auto, water in radiator and 20w50 engine oil i am using. For thermostat valve you mean temperature gauge yeah its working as well..

If butterfly is faulty you must change it, i dont know if it is available new but it can be replaced by old one or remade it.

Get the compressor belt checked...

Flush the system and switch to coolant..

No thermostat valve is not temperature guage, it is a valve that blocks the water from passing through engine... tell me how much time does it take for the guage to come at the correct position so i can tell if thermostat valve is installed or not...

Change the oil it is too thick for this engine...

No temperature guage is another one. Thermostat is something else, T-valve is commonly called by public.

Pakwheelers are intended to keep car as close as much possible to factory spec. and this is some sort of battle between Pakwheelers with mentality & methodology of Typical roadside Ustaad G & Chota Shagird type mechanics

Water in radiator is not good, get it flush, treat it then fill Toyota coolant in it if there is no leakage. Also at next oil change, get your engine flushed and start using 10w40 now.

A/c sound as mentioning from your post writing seems belt but get it checked.

Your RPM is causing issue. Google Iqbal Shahid Suzuki in Karachi and get your car thoroughly checked and fixed by him.

Previous owner used the same oil 20w50 so i continue used it its Taxx oil 20w50. Odometer is near 90K not sure if its genuine i thought its good to use 20w50 but will consider it in next change.
Sorry i don't know about cars much for which gauge if you mean temperature gauge if i restart it the temperature gauge get instantly get back to its position where engine was turned off.
Thanks again I will consider switching to coolant as well.

Thank you. Yeah i do believe too in keeping it much possible to factory specs. Odometer is near 90K i researched and look like its good to use 20w50 for these efi 2008 engine but as i don't know much about cars I will consider all of mention changes. I am from a city near to Rwp. I will try to check with a local machine here for butterfly service and will update about it. And also will share its pics of it soon..

How much time does it take from cold car started then to middle point?

And yes coolant is must...

Ok, i keep it started for 2-3 minutes then start driving it and i guess 25 minutes or half an hour or driving it for 2-3 km in city area. Its get middle or little down to middle point.

No thermostat valve, with thermostat valve it comes up in 5 to 10 minutes max, get it installed... recommended from above to or

Ok so i have tested this thing specially and in 5 - 7 minutes the gauge gets to near to the middle point ( I didn't notice it before ). Sorry i misunderstood auto fan thing. Actually fan of it is direct as well from start to stop its kept running. One more thing 10W40 what is the best engine oil do you suggest ? Thanks

it means that thermostat valve is installed but fan is direct i.e. Keep running all the time till you turn of the car...

No problem, you cleared it now....

Yes 10w40 is fine, you can even use 5w40 but don't use it (5w40), as your car was running on thick oil it might cause leakage or oil consumption.

Bro I live in karachi and got it done from nearby shop but that guy has left karachi due to personal reasons but I have asked him from where did he got this condenser he told me that he got it from khushal road near tariq road karachi. He said that market is full of AC guys and parts just ask them to give you cultus ka double naali wala condenser that’s it they will give you. Bashir autos is big name for parts and after market car air conditioning.
