Yes. RPM Drops upto 350.

RPM is fluctuating between 300 and 950. And whole car is vibrating because of that.
Note: I recorded it at Traffic Redlight after driving for 1 hour. (AC was on while recording)

I have changed the Throttle Body and the issue has been resolved.

I drove for almost 60KM and stopped at multiple Redlights, Speedbreakers and Traffic but issue hasn't reappeared again.

Is your Throttle body new or used one (Kabuli)? How much it costed u

It's not new. New Throttle mostly won't work on Cultus.
It's a used Kabuli from some other Pakistani Cultus.
It Costed me 15K.
(I know I overpaid for it. My issue was resolved after 2 years so I didn't argue or negotiated much about it).

That guy fixed the rpm of many cultus before. And there's not just one reason for rpm drop in Cultus. He found that issue most of the times in Throttle, Distributor and ECM.

I also had this rpm dropping issue In my cultus 15 model but i was never bothered by rpm dropping this low. This is a known fault of cultus.

Issue in my Cultus 2012 driven for 130K:
1. Water Level Drops in Radiator significantly.
2. There are bubbles coming out of Radiator.
3. There's water leakage from Exhaust as well.

a. Water in my old Radiator was Rusty. I got a new Radiator so there's no Rust anymore but water level still drops.
b. There's no visible Oil in Water.
c. Oil inside Engine Cap don't feel sticky and seems normal.
d. There's white smoke during morning time only. Normally there's no visible white, blue or black smoke.
e. Fan is working fine on Auto.
f. When AC is on or Fan is direct then the bottle gets filled to top. Without AC or when Fan is Auto, it get the water from the bottle too but the Radiator water is still dropped. I have to fill water by opening Radiator Cap.
g. There's no Thermostat. (I tried to get it installed but mechanic tested it but my car was not functioning properly and he suggested me to get the engine checked after removing it's head. He said he'll be able to install Thermostat after Engine is checked and that issue is fixed. I think he said you rpm are increasing at idle after Thermostat is installed. But I don't remember exactly what was the reason).
h. Head Gasket was changed back in 2018. But the Radiator water drop issue wasn't resolved even then. I have to refill the water every morning. And I have to keep checking the water level just in case after or during long drives.

Please suggest me what should I do. I went to mechanic to get my Radiator checked. But I was suggested to get my engine opened. I don't want to mess with engine until it's absolutely necessary.

Water leakage from exhaust as well?

Most probably that's only vapor that comes out in morning.
Probably there is leaking in cooling system because it's not normal for refilling water on daily basis.
Drive the car then observe for any droplets in engine bay or the floor. If you had coolant water then it wud be easy for picking out any residue.

Yes. There's water leakage from Exhaust as well. Mechanics say that's not a problem and it's normal.

I checked multiple times but I didn't notice any leakage when I used the Coolant.

Yes. I have to refill daily by opening the Radiator cap.
And there's always water in bottle. Sometimes it's full, sometimes it's a bit low or at the position where it's supposed to be but it don't get empty.
Shouldn't my Bottle be empty in morning when car is cold as the water is supposed to be sucked back by Radiator? Maybe my Radiator Cap is also faulty.
Are the Bubbles and water not being sucked separate issues?

Who can do valve seals replace (for 08 EFI) in Khi without head opening.. what labor plus part cost can I expect?

How do i prove to a buyer that the smoke from tail pipe is due to seals and not rings? In case i m not getting this work done.

What about your oil consumption and how much smoke and which color smoke is emitting

Car is driven only around 50km a month... So cant be sure exactly about how much oil decreasing if it is... But currently when checking at any time before start, its full or hardly few mm down the top line.

Bluish white smoke on cold start up after 5 6 days... And transparent white smoke when driving.. i notice this when watching it in side view mirror on a signal and the wind blows some of smoke.. but when I park it home and stand back to see it, i cant see smoke as its too transparent..

Maybe its due to pcv valve gone dead?.. its never changed btw.

Check the air filter housing where filter is installed. If you can see oil there then yes pcv valve needs replacement. Others can comment if I am mistaken.

Is it better to go to suzuki dealership than road side mechanics? Can dealership do satisfied work according to company specs? Do they do themselves or give carburettor work to 3rd party?
Any estimation regarding cost?
