doing it on cng? is it efi? please always specify fully.

i worked on my cultus on same missing issues/hiccups on cng and ended up in discarding the ff cng setup as Suzuki people themselves are total waste of money and time.

I have an issue like when I press accelerator it becomes hard and when I press a bit more then car jerks and move on. why it is not soft like before how come suddenly got hard some times? is it because of accelerator wire? I changed it few months ago and I have doubt on it. Please advise.

I have seen that. No dents, cant find the original EFI cultus unit in Pindi/Islamabad

Search scrapyard, you will find that. The tank along with fuel pump and guage will cost you around 8000 rupees. Not sure about only guage price.

Its doing it on EFI. Some times it feels as if there is something wrong with the fuel injectors or fuel line

Suzuki says the whole fuel tank with everything will cost around 60k and i asked from independent dealers, they said that the fuel pump will cost around 18k

That could be the price of genuine new fuel pump.
The same pump from scrapyard could be purchased for 5000 rupees. Just 2 months ago, I visited scrapyard to buy fuel tank for cultus. They were quoting 8000 rupees for japanese fuel tank along with fuel pump and fuel level measuring unit.

I am experiencing abnormally low pick on AC. Car also seems to do a bit of missing between 2000 and 3000 RPM. I recently got it serviced and tuned from Suzuki, spark plugs, throttle body service, oil change etc. But it still seems to be doing missing between 2000 and 3000 and even more when the AC is on. In my knowledge, it is something related to fuel not being supplied to the engine properly. Has anyone faced this issue or can give me suggestion. Pleaseeeeee

Change fuel filter and try again. Check the fuel pressure as well.

How is your car's response on CNG with AC on? My car's pick reduces on CNG with AC on first/second gear and on 5th one too.

Already got the fuel filter cleaned. When my car got tuned, tappet got adjusted so maybe they need a bit of running to open up the engine a bit?

fuel filter can not be cleaned. It is changed when it is old.
get the tappets adjusted again from someone who knows correct valve clearance.

Allah ka shukar my car runs flawless with and without ac. I have to see the button if I am on petrol or cng.

And another stupid thing in Cultus is there are two separate fans for Radiator and Condenser. Both running simultaneously put excessive load on engine which eventually increase the fuel consumption.

Two fans are good. They help in rapid heat dissipation.
Since both the fans are electrical, you can check the load with DMM. The load is negligible on alternator. It doesn't effect fuel economy.

2 separate fans are not used in modern cars anymore. Most cars now use single fan for condenser and radiator. Just do not remove thermostat valve from these cars. Condenser and radiator are installed next to each other so single fan can remove heat from fins of both.

Besides having 2 separate fans in Cultus does not make its AC any good. It is in fact pathetic.
