Head Gasket replacement

A.o.A guys i had bough my first cultus in 2010 still got it and after 174k kms its beautiful then ever its my loyal work horse i mostly drive 60km every day so its a cheap,reliable machine Cultus is LOVE
Coming to point i have got a few problems that i would like to discuses with following Cultus owners

OIL:- i was using Zic X7 5w20 api sn (I know) after 150k km my cultus started giving smoke on Cold start it only smoke 30 to 50sec when the engine was cool and sat over nigh anything short of 6hrs no smoke what so every but if i didn't start it for 48hrs the smoke was thick and lasted for double the time but once again as temp raised smoke disappears.Valve Stem seals have deteriorated but as it does not reduce oil even after 5000km of oil change and oil coming out is good no water or milky shade.After this problem i switched to Zic x3 15w40 api sj but smoke on cold start is still there.Car feels heavy,acceleration has dropped and car is heavy on incline roads now as winter is upon us i am thinking of switching to some 5w30 oil if i can find any or 10w30
What do you guys say as i live in Abbottabad winter is very cold would u advise me to which oil brand in Pakistan has 5w30 and 10w30 available plus its price as it should be affordable

Any of you know any good mechanic that can replace its valve stem seals without opening its head Islamabad Rawalpindi or Peshawar works as well

Does cultus 2010 efi have a fuel filter?

My cars idle RPM is messed up it goes below 900 to 500 rpm when i apply breaks or if AC is on.I did not have this problem until my car did not change from petrol to cng My car is FF cng sometime it did sometimes it didn't in pursue of diagnosis i went to an idiotic cng mechanic he replace the Cng regulator with a jugar or manual adjuster and sprayed carb cleaner in throttle body directly and revved it (throttle body wasn't cleaned in ages at the time) the juggar worked for a day and again it didn't convert went to the mechanic took my old electronically operated regulator(power T) and got a 2nd hand one as soon as i attached it car converted no convert issue at all after that but idle problem began on cng as soon as i touch break car would switch off on petrol it did not switch off but rpm drops from 900 to 500 rpm constatly

Cleaned throttle body changed plugs changed plug wires but problem is not getting solved once i took it to an electrician he advance the firing by rotating the distributor a bit clockwise it solved the problem for 2 day but now it does the same with ac and while i brake rpm come down to 400 just before stalling

I know its long but would really appreciate you guys helping a fellow umeeti

I hear a lot of sound while driving cultus 2008 efi. I don't know what's the matter. The sound increases as i increase the speed. Most often it happens while I'm driving in 3rd gear or further. Any expert who can help me in getting solution??

gear oil kab change kerwaya tha? what type of noise u hear??

Replace your valve seals as oon as possible, don't wait for the significant loss of Engine oil for valve replacement.

In Islamabad, contact @dani_kk Dmotorsports for such issues.

2nd, your vacuum is badly messed up. Clean or replace your IAC valve to solve unstable and rpm drop issue

3rd, as you gave changed regulator and other issues, your ff cng now requires software patch to be updated. Go to Landi Renzo service centre and update your software along with timing.

4th your timing is either more tilted towards retard or more. It is not the car with mechanical rotation but done by specialised device advancer.
As knocking consequently requires their timing towards proper retardation and increment from Cng to petrol respectively due to difference in octane number so check your advancer is working or not. Sometimes emulator device with built-in advancer goes out of order like happened in my case so I had to install extra advancer to cope up. This will also be seen by Landi Renzo people

5th, get your engine flushed properly for 20 minutes with Liqui Moly flusher and fill ZIC X7 10w40 SN

I haven't checked gear oil since I've bought the car. I'm using it since 3 months.i tried to find the place but couldn't. guide me if i can check at home rather than going to the mechanic
Btw noise was coming from wheel barring. Got it fixed alhamdullilah

The gear oil is in gear chamber on the left side of the cultus just below the battery and to check the oil I think there is a bolt down under to open and if it pours out that means oil it top up and if it is tool old replace it.

When ever I buy a used car/ike I change absolutly all lubes and note down the mileage so that I can follow schedule properly.

PLEASE HELP!!!
i have a suzuki cultus 2008 efi, more than 2lakh driven, did the following work but the rpm is fluctuating from 1000 to 2000 and back and car is missing a lot and also misfiring sometimes, car turns off while driving, in neutral on speed breakers. kindly please help and if possible also recommend good speclist in lahore.
work already done:

1- engine seals/ gasket replacement
2- genuine spark plugs
3- throttle body replaced
4- tramission overhauled (gear oil seals)
5- suspension also overhauled
6- engine tuning/ oil change oil filter/ air filter/ gearl oil brake oil changed
7- radiator changed to lords copper with coolant.

kindly help what could be the issue of unstable rpm, could id be electric issue?? and if It resolves then my next step is to work on ac/heater , kindly also recommend ac mechanic in lahore.

according to my poor knowledge and experience .... one of the reason for unstable RPM is that the butterfly mechnicsm in EFI has worn out and needs all pins and levers replaced or redone then one can look at any failty sensor

Bro did you get the ignition system check special distributor cap and rotor for missing issue. Why did you changed the TB and did you get your IAC valve cleaned a jammed IAC valve can cause rpm fluctuations and RPM stucking. Literally there are thin chances of TB to be worn out I was having same RPM Fluctuations and stucking went to 3 mechanic said TB's butterfly has worn out but one of the mechanic told that's autochoke AKA IAC valve that's stucking.

They are called coilovers and can be used to asjust your rides ride height aswell as stiffness of the spring

AoA guys. Own a 2003 cultus carby and someone has fitted a mehran carburetor in it. Don't ask why...its a long story..
Anyhow, the PCV valve was not working so i replaced it with a local one costing 150-200. Can't seem to find the kabuli one from anywhere, searched a lot.
The problem is that this PCV valves breaks, as if it is made by joining 2 different parts very poorly. So a question from all the fellow carby cultus walas..how do you guys manage this? I've tried 3 different valves from 3 different shops and all broke. They seem to be of same quality. I really dont want to drive without a PCV or by completely closing it off.
Help and suggestions required. Thanks!

P.s im from fsd. And i have searched all the suzuki parts shops here in kabaar market as well for the genuine PCV valve but couldn't find it.

Hello everyone, i own Suzuki VXR 2017, im the first owner.

A very typical sound is coming from behind probably from the hatch "kich kich" and one sound is coming fron driving seat tyre as if some steel is colliding with the tyre or anything else.

I have maintained the car but this is a little heart breaking n annoying. The car is 30k kms driven only.

Pls suggest wat to do n where shall i take it for a satisfactory checkup.

Tyres are still the general ones. Didn't change them.

Anyone have idea which performance clutch can be used in g10b transmission. I felt that clutch is slipping little when I do WOT in first gear as car is in performance condition I means piggyback is installed.
