I have cultus 2006 and running it on petrol only. I am facing a problem that is car doesn't start in winters morning on first or second self. It requires continuous 9 to 10 self repeatedly. Then all the day car runs and starts fine. It give me problem only in winter morning. Battery is new , spark plugs are fine , ignition is good. I need help if anyone tell me what is the issue with this problem.
Which oil grade are you using ?
I use zic x5 10w-40
Ur autochock is in open position....and doesnt close on cold......try to start by putting hand on air cleaner intake

Auto choke can be only rectified by mechanic...as it has bimetallic strip and coolant flow pipes are present

are you using coolant or water?
get the plugs, plug cables, coil and timing of your car checked. ideally it should be advanced by 10-15 degrees if running on petrol.
start by checking the timing. it should fix the issue IN SHA ALLAH.
I am using water
then your auto choke is rusted and damaged. 99% chance all the internal water channels are completely choked. and auto choke does not function at all.
