I will suggest you go for a brand new Cultus. It's quite fuel efficient, has the basic features, airbags, ABS and most importantly, it'll be brand new. Meaning that you'll most probably be saved from the headache of fixing and repairing things, as you'll have to do with the Vitz. Don't really know about the high end variant of Vitz, I think it's Jewela. Others may be able to guide better.
