Suzuki Cultus VXR 2020 Mileage

I have suzuki Cultus 2020 VXR

I am facing an issue with the mileage it's not exceeding 13.6km/L with AC in the city also on the long route. I bought the car along with my friend he's also using the same model. he gets 16-17 in the city and on long routes he gets 19-20 km/L.

I changed different fuel stations from time to time to check fuel quality, maintenance is on time.

what will be the possible cause?

Might ur car needs tuning had same issue with me With Cultus Vxl before tuning it mileage was around 15.1 and now 16.0 or 16.1 in city but problem is that i get same avg in city and highway aswell

On Highway, you should get atleast 20-21
Which oil you're using, what's plug gap?

First analyse your driving style and traffic conditions as well. For example I find that new cultus struggles with 5 ppl in it in heavy stop and go traffic. Hence mileage will drop as well in those conditions. Although the upside with 5 ppl on board is that it feels more stable and planted when driving at decent speeds.
But getting 13 on long route highway is strange.
