Suzuki Cultus White/Blueish smoke on start Model 2013

My Suzuki Cultus Model 2013 driven around 39,000 is giving white/blueish smoke on start? What would be the possible reason? No Engine oil reduction found on both long route/inside city travelling.

Please guide! Also in case of problem what would be the cost of its repair/maintenance?

if it goes away after start-up it's not a big problem. what engine oil are you using?
pcv-valve maybe stuck or going bad, they usually never need replacing unless there is a lot of white smoke coming out.
