Suzuki defence motors - service standards worst

I visit Suzuki defence motors for regular maintenance. Gave car at 10:00 in morning and was advised to get car by 4:00 pm. However , when I reached at 5:00 pm. They told me that only technical work is just finished and I need to wait for one more hour before they finish wash and cleaning.

This is the worst situation I ever faced with pathetic service. I hope you will find useful and avoid going Suzuki defence . What other members experience.

Well brother, shit happens and human error is everywhere.
That being said, the most precious thing nowadays is time and nobody has the right to waste anybody's time.
But then again, we all have bad days so maybe you can give them another chance to improve and if they dont then you have your options.
