If additional seats are added in Suzuki Every or Wagon can it easily transport 7 adults with a daily drive of about 100km? The reason I am asking is it has about 660cc engine.

NO, Not easily in any way and it is also NOT RECOMMENDED as well, keep the load on the car according to the standards set by the company for the prolonged life of the car.
