My friend have JDM Suzuki Every wagon full option sofa seats auto door etc. Last night he serviced his car from wash sation here in madras chowrangi scheme 33 karachi they also washed the car's underneath by lifting it up with pressure washer obviously but after that reverse gear is not operating as it shifts but not moving while releasing break and please all forward and neutral gear are working perfect no jerk and noticed that when we shift the gear to Reverse it is also in neutral that we pushed the car with the hand . Reverse lights, reverse camera, reverse bell ringing, reverse indicator all are working well but car is not moving. Then we make a scene that because of those service station guys this problem arises we didn't pay the wash service fee and said that if any thing big happens to gear you guys will bear it.
We have disconnected the battery terminal for a whole night then connected today morning but no luck still not moving so then rushed to several mechanic they said your gear box is gone now and you have to replace it with used kabli one which gonna cost you 35 to 45 thousands and if we try to repair then it will cost you 15 to 20 thousands. They are saying that the gear oil chamber is hitted with some sort of rock which causes to stop the gear oil circulation to reverse gear and it overheated and khatam good byee tataa hogaya. I dont understand that when the gear oil circulate it moves to all part or it move to reverse and forward gears separately. If it overheated then why forward gears are working perfect there was gear oil filled on mark ealier by my friend when they purchased the car in back 4 5 months till this gear issue all things were working perfectly no errors found in computer till now also after this gear issue
As 2 days ealier we traveled to farmhouse in gadap in this car we hitted the some kind of big rock at northern highway toll plaza but still after that car was running good it create problem after service please help what to do now??
