it does not do missing all the time but sometimes... my mechanic suggested me to change the distributor... he says it will cost 2500/-. Do you guys have any suggestions??

guess you r right but its my first car brother.... bought it just a couple of months ago... what you say is right.. my mechanic says that the 'missing' is because of an electric fault and the only solution is to change the distributor. Just wondering if i should spend money on a distributor or change the whole thing and install cdi.
did u check on petrol?is it missing on petrol as well
No it does not do any 'missing' on petrol.
Just change the spark plug cables,it will resolve your problem,however if u want to get rid of conventional ignition system,then replace it with CDI system for better performance.
Can you tell me the cost of the installation of cdi... and some guy in Karachi who can do this?
Yes, Change, it with CDI,, CDI is now available in market, and more better option than old one. but first ask ur mechanic, that if problem does not solved with distributor, then how i will return back the new to retailer
