Suzuki FX brakes Issue

Dear Pak Wheelers,

I need your kind attention regarding my car's braking system I have had this problem since I bought this car. I have shown to many mechanics but the problem remains the same. The issue is that when I hit the brakes the car makes tak tak noise from the drivers side. I got it inspected from many mechanics some says that it is your axle while some says that it is caliper and it's fitting(s) (probably the place where nuts fit) needs to repaired by lathe machine guy. But I am sure in one thing that it is not axle because recently I replaced it worn boots and the mechanic said the absolutely fine. Otherwise I have no idea what this thing is I have become fade up with all this thing and require your expert advice to free me with this mental tension.

If slowing car down in low gear from high speed, and there is no noise then its probably not axle. Also check if the noise comes/ get louder on hard acceleration.Does noise increase if you press the brakes harder?

Let me share my experience, few months back i did some engine work and after that when i applied the brake tuk tuk sound comes and some time on uneven road (not bumby) the sound comes.

Before the engine work their was no sound at all, so machine told me that it is the exel and even he bring out some suspention wala woh told that ur excel length is not right, i almost had a fight with mechanic because i was sure he is trying to fool me.

Finally i visit Naseer Engineering (Saddar Lucky Star) with whom i did suspension work so Naseer Engineering guy (Javed) take a drive and confirm me that no excel work it is some thing related to brakes.

Than i check the same with other suspension wala at Soldier Bazar and he told me we have to check by taking the excel out,so they open and check every thing and every thing was fine and they adjusted the brake as well.

But the problem was related to the foundation, the choria of foundation was completly worn out and that machinic did not change the found when he was placing the engine and it was his mistake.

so i change the founding (2 foundation) and the problem was solved, the engine was moving as i applied the brakes and thats why it is making sound like dug dug or tuk tuk.

so please check the founding as well

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I did the foundation replacement but the problem still exist. But one thing I have noticed during the rainy season that when I occasionally drive my car during the rain that tuk tuk seems to have vanished and after the rain it gets back.

I require more experts suggestions. Kindly help me brothers.

What i have mention above is to check the foundation condition in case need replacement than replace but you already replaced it.

I think you should visit some good suspension wala and ask him to take test drive and see what he suggest you?

In my case i visited couple of suspension wala and then take the decision

hi i have suzuki fx 88 model prob is its gears r very hard........its very difficult for me to switch gears.......... is there anything that can be done to smooth the gear of my car?.................or changing the gear box is the soution of this problem?
