Suzuki FX / Extream Heat from Engine

Dear Friends,

I have SUzuki FX 1984 and currently it is on Petrol and my daily running is around 30 to 35 km and one side is around 15 KM

Couple of weeks i am feeling that after drive around 10 km or more i feel engine Heat inside the cabin and bonnet become very hot and even the lower part of gear lever become hot as well.

Fan is direct and using plastic top & Bottom 660 Japanese radiator and its working fine, even temperature guage does not cross half mark, i had tried to open radiator cap in that condition and water is not comes out with pressue so it seems radiator is doing their job.

During current hot weather my car reduce small amout of water after daily running of 30 to 35 km,

please help me to find the reason for heat inside cabin and hot gear lever foundation and even the floor as well.

I visited silensor wala and ask him to check either the pipe is touch the floor or not but according to him its fine.

Can weak engine also release additional heat?

direct fan and needle at half? have you got a thermostat valve in place? its normal for bonut and engine compartment to become hot. check under the dash that rubber insulation of cabin is fine. also it can be over heating transmission too.

Bro, get yr Radiator service from a good radiator guy, pour coolant and check for the speed of fan if slow install relay on it.... check for Head bolts too, Loose Head also heat-up the car.

The radior and its fan is perfect because its a 660 Japanese fan and radiator and also the car temp needle does not cross half mark it is like 20 % just above C mark. Also i open the radiator cap when engine was run after 15 km some thing but their was no extra pressue inside. Also the water is not rusted.

Fan is direct and i believe no thermostate install because i purchase it around 2.5 years back.

there is no heating issue i guess
no need to insulate ur car place under lay under ur carpet it will help

I also believe no heating issue but i guess some work is comming up in Engine because around last year december mechanic told me that ur engine is week when i completely install its petrol system like lines, tank, fuel pump all related and from that time i am running it on Petrol.

i find oil on spark plug some times in cylinder 1 some times in cylinder 3 (Centre one)

so it could be the reason, also i am thinking to change its gear oil because i have never changed it since last 2.5 years
