Suzuki FX extreme heat up issue without AC

I have Suzuki FX 1984

Recently my car starts to heat up too much

That time I felt that my car is not moving freely

I serviced brakes and change brake pads

My car started to run smoothly and freely again but heating issue was still there.

I took the car to a radiator shop and replace the radiator with new one.

Unfortunately heating issue was still as it is.

Radiator man told me to change engine head gasket as extreme heat up of engine destroy head gaskets due to which engine continues to heat up.

I took the car to an engine shop and when mechanic opened the head I saw water is mixing with engine oil
Mechanic cleaned the engine head and replaced head gaskets with new one

After all these efforts my car is still heating up as hell.

Note that I don't have A.C in my car also I run it on CNG mostly.

Please guide me in this regards I need help urgently.

I had replaced the radiator with new one

Fan is blowing more than optimal flow of air because I put a big after market fan under the hood and the speed of the fan is also great.

There is no leakage at any point.

All pipes are good in condition I.e no rust.

The only thing which I haven't checked is the thermostat valve
Can you please give me some more information about that thermostat valve 'cause I haven't encountered one before.
Where is the thermostat valve situated and how someone can replace it.

Kindly check tappets. Adjust gaps. Can be one of the cause

Brother check water body for leaks.If leaking replace it.Replace old hoses(pipes).Replace thermostat valve it may be stuck open causing ur car to overheat.Is fan auto or direct.Replace radiator cap with good quality one.Check the fan electrical cables if installed properly or not and is it working at required temperature..also check for blown fuses

@naveedyu head was opened today and mechanic told me that all things are completely fine

@aziz.rehan all hose pipes are in good condition there's no leak in water body as I've mentioned.

@tintin1 yes i had done engine overhaul back in march 2020 since then car is running good but recently it started to heat up
I googled thermostat valve and just got the right position of thermostat valve near the engine head block. I'm damn sure the valve was not present there when mechanic opened those steel elbows to remove any rust.
Currently I'm running my car on water (not the tap water).
But now I'll pour the coolant after this issue get resolved.
