Yeh man it already had break oil, the other bottle on right side is water bottle thats larger. Lamoo

no no it dont have any servo, thats simple FX.
Break paddle was hard and perfect last time i parked it in home. Today at once there were no breaks so break pads cant end that fast..

Oky i figured it out. A pipe attached to break piston caliper is leaking break oil. It felt down from its place and got smashed somewhere between axil and shock.

I will tie them both to their place.

I got the pipe repaired. Hose pipe was 250rs low in quality. 500 was labour charges. Today i will get its hand break repaired.

throw that engine out and get a 660cc engine. that will make your life easy and actually save money

Yeh i have considered that option too but firstly i want to fix little things in this car than i may go for a swap, better suspension heat proofing etc.

I im trying to see if i can adjust on this car.

I took it on a 15km run road was not busy. It consumed 1.4 litters.

Just replace all suspension bushings, control arms, rod ends and shocks with brand new parts

then go for engine swap

otherwise you are just wasting your time and money

Yes these carburetor cars are not worth wasting time. They consume a lot of effort, time and money.

Does anyone knows what is the purpose of screw on front side of carb, is it fuel screw or mixture screw ?
It is fully tight now.

Slow jet i guess... Not the mixture screw, for sure

Mixture screw is at the back of the carbu

hmm i think there are many slow jets in car carb, one is electronic. Yeh one mixture screw is at the back.

I also took it to the mechanic the layman said, ( yeh hawa ka screw hy, isy jitna marzi tight ya loose kro koi farq ni parta), Phir hy kun, pagal han engineers ?

Also, should i get the carb fixed for Butterfly issue and Vacuum pump ?
How much increase in mileage i can expect after fixing butterfly, Carb Vacuum and Distributor Vacuum. Slight light pass through it.

Its emulsion screw, its to regulate how much air is added to raw fuel for best atomisation.

The electric thing is not a jet, its a cut off solenoid. It literally blocks fuel to the needle valve as you shut off the ignition key.

There is only one slow/idle jet, its a very thin tube shape and is in mid of carb, it can have a screw head or even a hex head (looks like a bolt)

The two other jets are the primary and secondary fuelling jets, the last non adjustable jet is the accelerator pump jet which is not removable, however you can adjust the pump stroke to control when the pump will spray.

So by rotating it anti-clockwise ie opening it would let more air in ?
Does it work only at ideal speed ?

its for idle and off idle but needs to be checked first, a lot of times the air passage is blocked with dirt inside the carb.

Is this transmission gear part. I suspect oil is leaking from here. It is broken has a hole. When its parked at home than its leaking.
