IT surely looks clean....and new.
please post detailed pictures from both sides with the idea of up and down, and the pipes comming out of it.

please also tell that the blower is before the evaporator or after it. i mean to ask

the blower sucks air thru evaportaor to air vents OR the blower blows thru the evaporater into air vents???

Now I am restoring radiator, although it was working perfect but its body was too rusty.so I opened it and now I am curing all its rust and will paint it too

good, please sue coolant after restoring the radiator and make the auto fan / valve heating system on in your car.

please also use the filter in the ac blower from where the air is sucked. use split ac filter, cut it according to the size and use,. u can not use a thick ac cabin filter because it will block the air.

zabardast yaar...good video. what liquid u r using for rust treatment.
did u changed the rubber pipes.
next time u do any rust removing job, spray a layer of red oxide or antirust paint and then spray the color.

by the way paste a sticker on the fan shroud "warning" wala yellow sticker available in market.

For rust removing I used acid, cheap one, after that I sanded it with 80 grid sand paper then with 320.
I normally use base coat before any paint,but I was painting with cans and could not find any base coat in cans,therefore I just painted it black.but after so much sanding it will not get rust again

I guess its time saving as well. while the guys are doing work with the car in the workshop you are doing stuff on your own at home to get things ready to just assemble into the car. without wasting the time. Nice effort.
