Suzuki FX restoration

I need some suggestions from senior members. I also want to install AC in this ride, today my mechanic gifted me a evaporator for free , (BTW it was not free, I also gave him a favor too, in return he did this)
So I want to know that is AC good in fx??? Does it worth it???

why not? If done properly, will work properly. But dont expect it to work like a chiller plant. It will be suitable for 800cc car.

Yes it will worth you. atleast you wont need to open windows in summer season. chilled AC may be na h but it will do your work most of the time. SO please if you can get it thn just get it

Boss, u r restoring your fx in a good time. Use the condenser and components used in efi mehran. it will cost around 20-25k with everything. Put a good fan on the radiator it will result good.

The ac in new mehran is very nice and it gives chilled cooling. the only reason the car doesnt remain cool is because of the poor heat shields on the floor, roof, and the engine firewall. Another thing is that it has so many small gaps and crevices in the doors and body frame which let air enters and let the cooling escapes.

You are restoring everything, make sure to use proper heat insulation, close extra holes and reduce gaps because the car is at stage where anything can be corrected.

Ya thts important, also consider as i have seen few mehran and cultus installed with toyota duet's ac and it works good.

MAshALLAh ji it looks awesome, but few questions. why didnt you apply matt paint? and how did you repair the cracks etc on it ? and the durability of these cracks repair ?

the upper portion is not properly fixed like before. I hope you have given your best to fix that but still try to fix fix it properly.

Great Job with the dashbaord. I think the shine will get fade by the passage of time and make the dashbaord more good. The loosing will be gone when fitted properly i think?

Its not properly fitted yet dear. After fitting it will not look loosened.
I used 2k paint for this dash, n nabeel is right with passage of time ,its shine will fade n it will look good.I was of openion not to add shine, but painter asked for it.
As for cracks, I used elfi, then taping, then body filler then in the last I used high build primer.
My main focus was that it should not be plain, I wanted to add some texture in the upper pad, but it was impossible, but I succeeded to add dots in the dash n m fully satisfied with the end result. I can't explain it u will observe everything in video ins ha Allah.
As for charpai, it does not have any role in restoration , it was used only for pics purpose.🤣🤣🤣🤣

Also, kindly inform where did you source the 2k paint and the primer cause they don't come in spray cans in this particular color...

I did not use spray cans dear. I got it painted from painter.
As for color, I got it mixed from spray shop n got the exact color.

Masha Allah good going. some points:

the gap between the left fender and the bonnete needs to be adjsuted,
left headlight is not fitted proeprly. please do it as u are setting up the front show so it would be easier at this moment

Seatbelt ki machines ki jaga nahee banaee
right side k back wheel out has as compared to the left side back wheel

The place where the lock for back screen is badly welded as marked in image

Thanx for ur suggestions. The place u mentioned is still under process. N gap between left fender n bonut was already noticed, therefore I showed it clearly in video.
If u guys figure out any other thing, plz let me know till today. I will take care of that too.

what about the underside of the body. the places behind foot board and the area behind wheel arches are rusted badly.

ask yur dentar to tilt the car on side ways and inspect from beneath.
