Suzuki G13B Info ! ** INFO NEEDED **

Hey guys,
After my yesterdays encounter with the G13B Khyber, I wanted to ask you guys how much does a G13B with ECU and no tranny costs ? In Islamabad, Lahore or Karachi..

I think some of you guys posted a pic of it somwhere in Shershah or i suppose in Bilal Gunj in Lahore.

Im not doing a project but just for info. CHeerz!

Bro G13B is not available in shershah with ECU.........but i`ve seen one in Peshawar with Complete chipping........n that engine is in pretty good condition....the guy is asking 22k with complete fitting.....

Yes buddy it can fit it KhyBer...just find the right guy to do it for you , and ofcourse the right parts ..
Here in Khi so far i have seen only 1 swift with the g13b which wasnt so fast at all ...
i dunno may be im wrong or there is something wrong with the driver/car/setup or so anywyz ..

the g13b ( 133 Bhp) is a quality engine produced by suzuki ...very popular all over the world ..and with proper work it can do wonders..

45, no way man.

You could score a 20v ST without a transmission in that, even with transmission from Peshawar according to my mate.

No G13B's with ECUs in Karachi, ek hee hai just the engine as far as I know.

You need new mounts on the Khyber. Since the mounts are different for a 3cyl motor and 4cyl motor. Margalla ones will work fine.

Buddy, G13B is 100HP and not 133BHP !

And fitting it into a Cultus/Khyber is a walk in the park for any experience mechanic. I've seen people putting in B18's in Charades. The Charade came with a 1000cc engine while B18 is a 1800cc engine. Well, if that can be done, this isnt difficult.

g13b is not a bolt-on for cultus. Maybe for khyber but not for cultus.

and 22k is an unbelievable price. Even if the price was 50k the engine would have been sold within a week of its arrival. I am pretty sure the 22k engine is a 16v g13a

I guess you're right ! Cuz a friend had a G13B original GTi in Karachi and he sold only his engine for 65K without Gearbox! He told me a guy named Shahzad imports them for you in Karachi if u order him. He said its available without Gearbox for 40-60k depending on Mileage but theres a 2 month wait on it to get it imported.

Anywayz, Mani yar Lahore mein ek G13A Cultus hay. Rite? Wat abt its performance ?

And yah, Yasir ka engine meray pass para hay yara, G13A, lemme know if ny1's interested to buy it. Cheerz!

Well, so lets make it clear, for Engine Swaps in Cultus/Khyber, the following choices are best:

Suzuki G13B [Swift GTi Engine]
Max Output : 100HP

Suzuki G13A [Swift Mk1 Non-GTi Imported Model Engine]
Max Output : 85HP ??!!

Suzuki G16B [Baleno 1.6GTi Engine]

Suzuki G13BB [Baleno JXR/JXL Engine]

b18 Charade ...i dont think kay anyone has done it yet in Pak that is ?? may be im wrong ? but a reference could be appreciated yar ..
h22 gtti ka suna tha ..but it never made it successfully ...
saw a couple of b16 gtti`s here in khi ...

Also Khyber/cultus kee body is not that strong as the gtti`s body ...

g13A say behtar hai kay yar g16A or g16b swap kar lay banda ....
according to vdo`s posted here a while ago , the g13A cultus was loosing to 1.6 gti baleno ...........

Carby engine kahan sahi say turbo/supercharger hotay hain yar
so i was kinda thinking of changing my G16A

b/w g16A produces around 100HP as well ....and when paired with a g13b head ...performance could be quite good ....

G16B is for 55k last time I checked. But you wont be able to get a G13B head for your car. Cuz whole engine is not available, how will u get such a rare part.

And yes, carby engines cud be turbocharged, take a look @ Charade's CB61 turbo carby engine.

That G13A was being beaten I guess cuz it wasnt tuned.

1 more thing , near my office i daily see an original g13b mk1 cultus converted on CNG ...
I kind like the MK1 style gti bumper ?? any idea where could i find them ?? shairshah main to nahin mila tha :S

and brother cb61 has factory turbo yar , and there is alot of difference b/w what is done from factory and doing it with aftermarked parts , mechanic etc etc ..

Yah, you can get that bumper, I saw it here in Sultan Da Khoo for 6k and I think Aridsoul posted a pic of it in Lahore Bilal Gunj.

And You can pretty much turbo any non-turbo factory engine provided u have the tools and the skill. Which engine u wanna do ?

Sorry buddy for late reply.

The G16A can take upto 6-7psi boost on stock compression. First thing you'll have to look around for is a Blow Thru Carby from a factory turbo engine. The only one I know of which is available easily is the CB 61 Charade Carby. But it is from a 1000cc motor while you intend on runing it on a G16A. Get a Boost Happy Weber Carb, get Turbo Exhaust Manifold custom made, get an intercooler off a Pajero, Electric Fuel Pump, an Aftermarket FPR, and get a tuner to fit it all for you.

Not an easy task though. And yah, you'll need an MSD Ignition Retard device to retard igntion on boost.
