Suzuki GD110s Visor/Healight vibration and noise

AsalamuAlaikum. I bought new Suzuki GD110s three months ago(1800km driven). Theres an increasing noise from headlight visor in medium-high rpm due to vibration specifically at 55-60kmph speed. This is very annoying for me and the noise has been increasing day by day. I went to suzuki and they just tighten the screws and say visor se sir awaz to aati hai. Went to a local suzuki mechanic and he made the noise even worse. Please can someone guide me what to do as this is making the bike ride very frustrating for me. I live in islamabad/rawalpindi area.

I am also buying a 110s . Mainly for smooth ride, practicality and quality. Should I buy it since its hella expensive

This is strange because I've had my GD since 2023, have done 8k kilometers, and have never had this problem. Remove the entire front headlight and tighten all screws and bolts before reinstalling. Also, check to see which part of the headlight is loosening, resulting in vibration and sound.

It’s too late but yeah you should the bike is really smooth and comfortable. Gives good average. But its not made for highways/avenues etc. if you commute on high speed roads then get gs 150.

Yeah i got it fixed. Is was the visor. I got a piece of foam fixed between the visor glass and plastic body and tightened it as much as i could and the noise went away.
