Suzuki GR 150 Maintenance

As Salam O Alaikum,

I have Suzuki GR 150 (current mileage 2000KM) and wanted to ask other GR 150 owners/experts the following.

1 - Does it need any regular maintenance other than Oil Change, Air Filter Cleaning & Chain Adjustment.
2 - Does it need any tappet adjustment as I have noticed that after running 5/10 KM, the sound gets louder. Is it normal?
3 - I have used Zic M9 10w40 as well as Liqui Moly 10w40 Street and noticed that with Zic M9 it was more smoother. What could be the reason or am I just over thinking. I used Zic during break in period after 500 KM and also changed the oil filter at that time. Then I have used Liqui Moly at 1500KM.
4 - After how many KM the oil filter needs to be changed.
5 - Do you need to clean the oil filter on each oil change.

1. No it dont need any other regular maintenance other than these mentioned by you.
2. Dont touch its tappets these road side suzuki machanics dont know how to adjust them and they also dont need frequent adjustment because they have a spring in rocker arms.
3. Keep using liqui moly its good oil.
   4.change it after every 2nd oil change.
4. Dont need any cleaning.

Does upgrading stock plug make any noticeable difference.

Has anyone upgraded GR 150 stock plug and can share their experience please.

Haha same here. Basically the machine inside the speedo goes bad and loses its damping which causes rapid changes. You need a new machine. Im trying to find one as well. You won't find original but you can probably fit ybr fuel machine in the speedo
