Both performed well.

And also note the imbalance fitting of bearing weather seal by the PSMCL.(corrected)

Voltage regulator/rectifier connector got loose and heated up.

This started charging issues.

Replaced some thimbles and connectors.

Changed its mounting direction (upside down) too.

Sir I bought the feller guage for 120 rs and measure it with calliper it has accurate reading please tell me what is the difference between them because booth are look alike but with huge price difference

My dear Dr.mohsinnawab difference is that in 550pkr feeler gauge measurement starts from 0.02mm & after that comes 0.03,0.04,0.05,0.06,.... its goes gradually & in Rs120 feeler gauge measurements starts from 0.05 & after that comes 0.08mm its measurements jumps & jump

I am running custom shoes at rear because OEM are pretty crap. These shoes seem decent.
@basic sir, kindly do tell the location of purchase in faisalabad. I have a friend there (sold my first GS to him) so i might be able to source these from there sometime.

Sure Gull bhai I also eagerly need some better break shoes for my GS as i have tried Atlas HOnda shoes but these are also a piece of crap like Pak suzuki, infact worst than it.btw Gull bhai r u still using dlx rim and 90/90 18 tyre at rear and rear rim at front??do tell me any affect on break and grip also

Yup AHL stock shoes are so so too. Remember i used third party shoes in Deluxe rear brake for better braking.

Using stock rim/tyre at rear since long time now. Had agility issues with 100/90 tyre, and offroading/wet grip issues with 90/90. So came back to stock dual purpose 3.00 tyre and changed the rim back to stock too.
Front rim is replaced with Deluxe 1.6 rim though. Except that total stock.

This bike actually needs some decent brake shoes more than wide tyres. Try decent shoes first, and if still not satisfied then think of bigger tyre/rim setup.

Exactly.but I think by using panther trekker 90/90 18 tyre, both agility and wet grip issues would have resolved??:)There was no need to come back to stock rim and tyre IMHO.
