You are most welcome brother, sure you guessed why i asked that particular question??
Dear Sir,
Please suggest me about first changing of oil as now my Suzuki GS-150 is close to first oil changing. You are requested to please advice me about selection of oil.
Thanks & Regards,Ali Imran
Nadeem Bhai, i am sure you will remain EXTRA careful while tinkering with gap in Titanium Tipped plugs. By the way my theory is larger gap (Keeping in acceptable limits) = better current arc, provided the coils has guts to produce one. By the way have you ever thought about using 125 Deluxe coil
Recommended by company Plug minimum gap is .7 or .8 mm get correct it missing will automatically gone from your bike. to get best performance & for better fuel economy set the plug gap to .7 mm. on this setting i am getting 50+ fuel average from my GS
Thanks and OK dear.
I hope you are asking about the friction performance of the clutch?
Well, the working range of the clutch feel got very smooth and no negative effect on the power side.
Dear brother read different threads to get more knowledge about oil.
I am using liqui moly racing 4t 20w50.
It feels good to me.
Thanks and BOL.
Brother, actually larger gap was producing more noise in the engine,
Gudgeon pin seems loose in this bike.
Have already changed ignition coil with Japanese one.
Thanks brother, shall do that.
Thanks a lot and God bless you with all his blessing.
Regards,
Changed lock set due to poor quality of metallurgy of the key.
Key used to bend after few times of usage from a certain thin point.
The new set and some old locks.
Painted ignition switch plate.
Fiber washer size difference, new one is wider in size.
Have to cut the older one for removal from the switch.(shrunk one)
Changing helmet holder lock levers for the new set of keys.
Good Job ...
Thanks
Well Done Dr.Nadeem
Thanks brother.
Today purchased a new feeler gauge for future tappet adjustment.
That's the same one I use for my GS. Bought it for Rs 450 from gawalmandi about 6 months ago.
Front brake shoes and cable replaced.
Also replaced front brake light switch.
Just see the quality of PSMCL shoes.
Their alignment and thickness, both are very bad.
