the reason the kick is very hard s because its making too much compression.. when the piston moves down it suckks in air fuel mixture and then it moves up anfd comprsses the moixture .. air.fuel is compressed to 8-9 in normal 4 stroke bikes.. for racing bikes the compression is normally 10-14 in 4 strokes.. more compression means fuel may burn on itself without the spark plug igniting it.. because petro/air mixture when compressed too much heats alot and coupld with the heat of cylindser block/head it burmns it self prematurely.. therefore lack of power..

you should have bought copy piston for 400-500 rs ..no differemnce in janyaan and that one in my opinion..

now you have to reduce compression by shaving some part off of piston.. it will be ok..

since you have just gone .5 over you dont need to rejet the carb..

also your cams are since altered you may have ended with wrong lobes profile which is in my opinion very likel thats y its plug is not firing at right time and thereby rpm not increasing..

and do u have the original parts with u ? mstly they just screw customers by replacing ok parts..

is rod warped ? or bent?

and i m damm sure u gt fake piston .. as there is no packing difference bw janyan and fakes .. one shopkeeper showed me both and i couldn spot the difference .. and he said its all china/taiwan maal..

for the time being u can try using hi octane to see if it stasrts easily..
first turn off petrol supply from tank and start the bike let it stop and then pour some 200-300ml of hi octane in a plastic bottle like nestle water bottle and using a sharp pointed object like scissor create a hole in the cap of the bottle and insert the pipe to it.. make sure its not leaking .. then pour some hi octane in bottle.. and tight the cap.. then attach it to handle with thread .. and then create a small hole in the bottom of the bottle ( now bottle will be hanging inverted so bottom will be up ) so petrol can flow from bottle to carb.. then try strating now it should start a bit easily and it should also not shut down itself .. try it on road to see if rpm increases .. if any symptom alleviates then you only need to shave the piston and hope it will be ok.. if not the cam rocker thingy should be investigated then...

'asjdsm' thanks for your reply. I have all the geniune parts except head and cam that are repaired. The piston
is coming in two manufacturers STR of taiwan and china and other from SGP. STR is available for 750 and
geniune is of 1750 which is not from STR. More Its head and cam problem.

just to add my experience.for others who might face this problem... make sure engine timing is correct... one little point away and ur engine wont rev..it will seem to die.. like it will do missing.. my bike was only reving upto 4000rpm.. so check timming..
