Suzuki Gs 150 Shocks are very hard for offroad drive

As a traveler I have suffered enough, before going towards Wakhan and broghil I really want to soften my gs 150 suspensions. Please any guides?
Anybody having experience of changing the suspension or altering the suspension. please also tell about mono shocks, if anybody did it and is successful.

GS shocks are adjustable.
Did you try adjusting these to softer level?

Yes sir my mechanic did, but the shocks feels hard on offroad. if 2 persons are sitting then the shocks feel good. other wise very hard.
