Suzuki GS 150 Tappet Settings

Hi guys i have adjusted the valves of my gs 150 by myself yesterday but after i started the bike a strange clicking sound started coming from the tappets.
Here are my settings for both valves:

INTAKE 0.05mm
EXHAUST 0.13mm

These settings were for the first try.On my 2nd try i lowered the exhaust valve to 0.05mm but still the clicking sound did not stop.
And yes i always brought my piston to the top dead center before performing both tries.

The settings written on the maintainance chart in the suzuki service centre were 0.04 to 0.07mm for intake and 0.13 to 0.18mm for exhaust

first are u damn sure u did settings at tdc of compression stroke ?

and are have u used correct sized feeler guage ?
try setting both at min values ...

Yeah i am damn sure that i did these settings at top dead centre and not on the bottom dead centre ( aligned the T with the mark )and yes the correct feeler guages were used.
what are the correct settings for both intake and exhaust

So ok if i was not at the compression stroke then what should i do to be at compression stoke and not at the bottom

there are two top dead centers.. one is compression one is suction,,,
u should be at top dead center of compression not suction..
to make it sure that you are at tdc of compression stroke.. when u move the flywheel it will become hard to rotate it as it will be making coimpression.. try moving with hand to feel it.. with long socket etc u cant feel the force needed..

Dear under 500cc tappit just set on intake .04 or out .o8 take a ride performance is good then ok if no the set the both on .08 this setting is for under 500cc for all 70cc to 500cc .08

WWhat is the valve setting value for HI SPEED INFINITY 150? Any idea?
