get rims aligned. i think spokes are getting loose.
also get your handle checked, could be a simple case of loose handle bolt.

I went to the 3s mechanic and he tightened the handle / T but still the play is there What could be the reason ?

ask that dumba$$ to tighten it a little more and test again, keep doing that till the play is gone. And remember if handle start feeling heavy while turning etc... then it is tightened a little too much. If it's that much tightened and play is still there, then it's time to find some other cause.

Last week when i was in islamabad, my friend complained that his GS handle feels jammed while taking u-turns etc. I checked and concluded that it is simple case of over-tightened bolt, so went to suzuki mechanic and asked him to loosen it a bit. He checked and said all is fine :mad: I had to persuade him into doing it. I would have done it by myself if i had 17 size ring spanner
Anyway after the adjustment , problem was gone and my friend was happy.

Hmm thanks , will check again for it. However he was saying that the play is in the drum and shock absorber rod where both fixed into each at the left side of drum.

this is because no one uses torque wrench in this country

Went to 3s shop Suzuki Mehran Motors from where i bought the bike, mechanic checked and tightened the T bolt but i was still feeling that play however mechanic was refusing. Then i left the showroom and going to home while i pressed just front brakes at 60 or 70 km/h and felled the play aggressively. Had taken a U turn and again went to the mechanic and now i said him to ride along with me and then i again do the same thing and he also got the problem. He said that the T of new bikes are coming a lil bigger that's why there is a play , he opened the T and grinder (Ghisna) the top of the T lil bit and the problem is resolved. However is asked them to claim it in warranty but he said the new T are also coming in same condition which will also require a lil grinder. What do you suggest should i claim it in warranty ?

Satisfied with bike's performance till now, Total 4T oil performing good and bike is giving upto 45Km/lit fuel average riding leisurely in local use and 70-80Km/h on long rides.

Now that bike touched 4000Km mark, it was time for routine maintenance

-Oil/Oil Filter change: Total 4T was used for 800Km and when i drained it, it was looking in good condition, didn't feel watery. I clearly felt that i am draining it early. Anyway after draining it completely, removed the oil filter cover and replaced the old filter with new one. And changed engine oil with Liqui Moly.

-Air Filter Change: Changed the Air Filter with the spare one i bought for 850 rupee. Will clean and re-oil the dirty filter whenever feeling bored.

-Fuel Filter Change: Opened the fuel filter cup and there was thick sticky layer of dust at the bottom, so used earbuds with little bit of petrol to clean it out. Fuel filter was also giving up so replaced it with the new one as well.

-Battery Checking: Water level was low in few cells so filled it up to max level. Noticed white powder forming on battery terminals, covered the terminals in grease. Breather pipe was also disconnected, connected it back on tightly.

-Spark Plug Checking: Spark plug looked fine to me, so i just rubbed the electrode a little with sandpaper and put it back on.

-Chain Lubrication: Finally lubricated the chain with the havoline oil i have laying around.

If Suzuki doesn't have it then go to DYL spare parts shop and ask for Junoon's fuel filter. Both are same.
On murree road, there is a DYL shop just adjacent to Muhammadi Autos if my memory serves me right. It should be easily available there.
