Suzuki gs150 oil measurement

I recently bought gs150.
44k on a dial and now need to change the oil and oil filter. The guy said it will take more than a liter if you want to change a filter too.
How much oil i need to add extra after 1 liter
The current level of gauge is between L and F

Same happened when ever we change the oil filter which is mostly on third oil but its actual reading is 2600KM.
I think but not much confirmed level between L & F is fine, if it drops down the L mark then it will be a bad situation.
To be on safer side i am thinking to put some 100 or 150 ml more... to adjust the level till F.
