to add to the spice, carburetor mixture was adjusted with a vacuum gauge
Bro you have to set valve clearance on dead cold engine...Exhaust valve clearance is 0.13mm & Intake valve will be on at 0.07+mm...how much kilometers your bike has done untill now??
1100 kms
already set valve clearances to 0.06mm IN and 0.15mm EX - running nicely
Ex valve don,t demand any kind of change...by increasing its gap bike starts vibrating on high rpms & you will feel these vibrations in footrests+its struggles at lot more
mine is more peppy now, good throttle response and no vibrations.. a little clicky tappet sound but thats normal
this vibration has something to with the model. no vibrations in model prior 2009 and vibration in later models?
i have a 2018 one, it used to vibrate before this adjustment, significant reduction post adjustment noticed
i need full page pdf please send me the link service manual engine
Search it in pakwheels searching you will get
i agree with you but inlet 0.008inch is good because 150 has high compression ratio
