@engimatool bro u r talking about car spark plug but know that the gs spark plugs turns(chorian)bohat chotee hain.u cant instaled a car plug.m a racer on my gs for a long time in lahr every sunday mornig i go.see my bike pic.buy a silencer 4m bilal gunj lhr and altered it u will feel the pwr and intesity of that beast crossing 120 easily.

bro yes u can use car plug in bike by adding washall ( screw the washall on plus) so the plug can easily adjust in bikes head.

it consume more petrol on non genuine accessories like if u can use local 3rd class silencers on it.

better go for some 600cc silencer it can enhance the gear shifting time as well.

do clean the air filter on weekly basis. use ZIC oil for top performance, and if u want more speed from it u can also use car air filter which are branded and can fix out of the airfilter box, this can also enhance the horse power and add 30 extra kmh in your bike, bcoz by doing this the carborator intake direct filtered air....

hi and salam to all before posting this i was pretty much confused where to post this topic in the GS150 thread or here so did it here

firstly here are the latest pic of my GS150

so the story begins

i bought the ride in 2007 while seeing every bodyy post that its a great bike to be owned inially i got a unit that was quiet weird then i camplained the company and got new unit of my choice and i was satisfied there are quiet few people in gujranwala who can tune suzukis there was this BABA MUNIR who claimed to be the technition of suzuki since 30years i used to get my bike done from him but lastly he just spoiled my ride i dont know wat he did but the bike was nearly dead then i went a guy hafeez he was a good young fellow knowlegdeable and he also went to saudi arabia the orignal showroom guy arshad is so lazy bone and does nothing good

many people say it has butterfly carburetor and very few people know how to tune it so nw in gujranwala i dont know any guyy who can bring the bike to the initial stage

Problems:

the gear shifting is not smooth as it used to be and in lower gears if say on a speed breaker u shift the bike to second gear it gives a tak tak tak tak sound from the chain or box that i dont understand it started hapening after getting tuned from BABA MUNIR

Second the feul consumption has got poor i heard get 30 km/l or 32km/l

thirdly the pick and accelaration all vanished guys with yamaha janoon can beat my bike in acceleration in short run the bike goes to 60 speed in fourth gear and after 85 speed it starts vibrating and the sound starts mumering my weight is 94kgs and the bike hardly does 100 although it used to do better

i am also quiet disaapointed with the braking system also very poor bike doesnt jam or stop when i want it to

the pleasure stability smoothness is all gone that has forced me to think of selling it and get a ravi storm 125 which is many experts like malikg imran bhai poput turbo and foosa say not a good idea they say i have a way better machine a beast as compared to ravi

so what should i do now

all experts i need ur help frankly speaking i dont know anything technical about bikes and before i used to own yamaha excellence this is my second bike

i am not a racer kind of a person nor am i a tourer i just went till kamonki on my bike twice otherwise drive it in the city

so please at the best of ur knowledge suggest me what should i do with this bike sell it get it tuned and completely checked then the question is from where?

Get it checked from Suzuki 3S or some other Good Mechanic in Lahore. It would be one day Job for u but i hope u will get good results

@prince saqib.every body having prob with there bike.take ur bike to the mechanic.lahore near hyundai town shipshow room near akbar chock.near that showroom u will see a street in this street there is a suzuki shop name kashif suzuki he is company trained mechanic.tune ur bike from there and then tell me what u people find.mechanic name is kashif.cell no is 0300-4146959.very good mechanic just give him a try.my monster 150.

bro see the diffrence between the plugs.now how can you install it.making bigger hole in a head is the only possibility.

After a long time Paksuzuki website is live. Good thing is that it is showing all of their motorcycles models as well, as It was decided that Suzuki motorcycles would be functioning under PakSuzuki.

The graphics of Suzuki Sprinter eco with euro2 (2009) models are best among all.

Its a pity that they have not brought any thing new in GS series.

Wish to see disc brakes and some graphics improvement in their 2010 models.

dear try to use daihatsu cuore plugs, i think they are of same size. that genuine plug cost u around 300Rs.

use 3 liter hi-octane petrol and consume it through out in 3rd gear , this will also enhance the performance of your bike.
also use WD-40 to clean the carburator instead of petrol, it can easily available on car accessories shop in spray shape.

i still recommend that ap car ka patli choori wala plug lo aur us pay wasshal charha lo , yeh easily fit ajay ga.

brakes main always use black horse brakeshoe and air filter of the same brand. agr aur zyada performance chahiya to 1000cc car ka open outlay wala air filter milta hay wo lga lo bike akheer bhagay gee.

yar yeh suggestions almost har bike kay liya useful hain laikin let me recommend that must use hi-octane after every 20 liter consumption of petrol.

hi-octane boht jaldi dry hojata hay isliya carburator ko bhi dry kr daita hay jis say parts main friction paida ho jati hay isliya 20 liter kay baad 2 ya 3 liter consume kar liya karo,
very easy formula, after every 2 full tanks use refuel the hi-octane, uar haan never ever let the petrol down to reserve bcoz reserve lagtay he petrol kay tank main jo rust aur paint kay aprticles hotay hain wo carburator main janay shuru ho jatay hain , oper say yahan ki quality ka to Allah mallik hay.

best of luck koi question ho to zror pochain , shayad main apka problem hal kar sakoon.

bro maeree 150 ka prob yae hae kae yae apnae sprokits bohat jalde khatm kar daetee hae as compare to cg125.e.g my gs 70,000 km chal chukee hae aur 3 martba change karwa chuka hnn abhee haftaee mae 2 martaba chain cheak karta hnn.cg maera 47,000 chall chuka hae aur abhee bhee sprokits are much in good condition.any reason????well i will cheak the plug of coure.thanx

yar sprokits koi achi nasal i mean koi achi quality ki use karo bcoz it looks like quality fault to me.

cg ki products kafi achi quality ki hoti hain isliya zyada chalti hain.

try to get used sprokits of suzuki 250 made in japan , that will be the same size of gs 150, or may be little alteration by kharadiya neede.

may be your gear shifting timming is not up to the mark.

we r always in a hurry so we dont use full clutch before shifting any gear, try to concentrate on clutch timming as well, bcoz without full clutch your clutch and pressure plates also ruined and caused less pickup and less rpm.

yay open outlay wala filter gs main fit aa jaay ga kia aur yay kitnay ka milta hai. plz is filter ke koi foto to bejain. aur yay kis company ka hota hai.

k&n ya phir koi bhi brand ka air filter performance parts wali car acc shop say mil jay ga.

go to google search and write performance air filters there u got the shape of filter.

let me remind u that this need some serious kind of alteration to install this kind of air flow filter.
