Suzuki - installing dual fan

The case here is suzuki mehran. The idea is to install an SPAL fan on the condenser to increase the cooling of . Originally suzuki has one fan which is for both radiator and condenser and during peak summers it doesnt justify the cooling.

The fan is on auto and works with Tvalve installed. The other fan will be installed on the front of the condenser by making space.

BIG QUESTION FROM EXPERTS:

does it cancel the cooling effect of the radiator fan?
Will it increase the ac cooling and reduce the heat in the engine compartment?

i think both fans won't synchronize perfectly with airflow, thus canceling the effectiveness of radiator fan!

if you really want to keep condenser cooler , make a "jugar" with wiper water pipes and keep it facing condenser grill and keep spraying it on an as needed basis.

i think the original fans on and off with the ac while the fan we will install should run on continuous basis with the ac on.

So it means, experiment ker sktey hain?

i dont think that mehran has dual speed radiator fan. it always runs at a constant speed whenever it triggered by the temp sensor.

I think it will work fine,maybe better than the spal alone. You don't need to do remove the radiator fan.

BTW can you get two spal fans when you go buying

I need one for margalla.

I had changed the alternator when the car was only only one year old the original one was not charging and giving around 8-10 volts on full load. My electrician bought one from godhra, installed some old japanese one which gave the required volts. minor shaving required on one of the hole while installing it.

does installing the fan needs a bigger alternator?

i think you should have a 90A alternator. The efi cultus used to have a 55A alternator. not sure about mehru.

i think, mehran ka 30 amp ka hota hai which is already a pathetic one or mostly are not upto the mark.

60 amp wala will be right to bear the load as @TypeA said or a cultus one can be checked.

no get a big ass 90A one. Your car can handle it fine.

Sir i advised to get another alternator which can handle more than the required load. good factor of safety
