Its not the actual picture of the car being assebled in Pakistan, !

check it and see how many knobs do you see to play with!, If anyone feels its not an Avanza, so its a Daihatsu Xenia a cheaper replica of Avanza made by Daihatsu, Just like Boon and Passo, Terious and Rush etc, And the DVD version is the top of the line variant

I've heard, base model= 850k, medium spec=900k and loaded =950k.
After freight charges, registration, floor mats, Mithai etc. You can assume it will cost the end buyer a million Rupee:)

i wuz interested 'cause one of my own drives is a version of the WagonR marketed here as 'Stingray' and i paid 5.25lacs on-road new which is approx. 30G more than the regular WagonR in my market. well, atleast there's a new face coming in your neck of the woods and that ain't be a bad thingy at all, despite the high prices. the WagonR a nice city car, just don't take it on the highway, that's all...

re: quality, :P. check out my car in link below which is IDM. India is Suzuki's largest market so they'll never mess with us. of the 230,000 plus economy passenger cars sold in March '14 in India, 109,000 were Suzuki cars. the WagonR ain't worth a million thereabouts in any money and i'm curious why someone would buy this car when you can get import brands like Vitz etc for less?.
